KVD sells worn out cars and unreliable
Zero review if possible
I bought a car (HEE827) on 30th April the car broke down on the same day and had to be towed down to a Nissan workshop up till now KVD has refused to accept their mistake and refund me my money
When I picked the car at Kungälv the parking brake failed and KVD's technician took the vehicle to the workshop, where they reprogrammed the electrical brake system and confirmed it was working. However, they could not guarantee that the issue would not recur.
The car broke down again less than two hours after leaving KVD Kungälv, due to the same parking brake issue that KVD Bil’s technician had supposedly 'fixed' before delivery. Despite the technician’s admission that he couldn’t guarantee the issue wouldn’t recur, it did almost immediately."
I can't trust KVD vehicle assessment, they are unresponsive to message, poor customer service with racist staff and unreliable.

Still waiting for my refund
Overall the process of selling the car was smooth but Kvdbil charged me for a tire change (winter to summer tires) despite I delivered the car well before the deadline for tire change.
I sent two emails and got a reply after the second one with a fairly long delay. Had to call the company to point out the incorrect charge. They said they were going to correct it but I am still waiting for my refund.

I was not informed that windshield was changed, the driver door is loose, alcohol tester that is always with car to start. The car is not cleaned properly inside outside.

Excellent selling experience.
I sold my car recently with KVDBil. They provide fair deal, not much negotiations. Quick selling process and payment. Only area of improvement I can suggest is to improve online tracking of selling process and payment status.
