When I tried the car
When I tried the car, I heard that the bearings on the wheels could be heard.
They didn't let me try it with the mechanic and they claimed it was not stock.
The mechanic was very rude and rude! Other experience with other personnel is ok.

Several body rust attack which were not mentioned in the advertisement
Usually KVD car adds are quite comprehensive with listing all the possible problems (including pictures), but in my case, when i received the car and brought it home then only during daylight i found several body rust attacks very obvious which were not mentioned in the addvertisement at all.

Smooth experience overall !! I was able to sell my car with little to no negotiations on a decent price compared to what I might have to go through if I use open market places like Blocket or other dealers.

KVD offered me warranty through Fergus .Fergus send me warranty details which was different what KVD told me it’s going to be .I rang straight away both KVD and Fergus to cancel it .They promised they will and obviously they went silent

smells like fraud
worse experience , Im a customer of KVD , I bought many cars from them, last week I win an Audi after they announce it many times, in the first time they didn't put that it is for spare parts, they send me email that they will send me the documents by DHL, I didn't receive anything, they say that it docent have documents. I feel that they sold me a theft car without documents, I asked them to return me back the money &they denied , I send them emails but they denied. I can only report them for intracommunity fraud.They charged me a deposit of 8000 Swedish krona with will be returned after registering the car in the destination country , how I can register the car without documents. If there is somebody in this company have the solution would be of great help. I hope its not Ehsan very unfriendly

I was offered 59000sek for the registration but at the end I only could got 35000sek. If I could buy from blocket I got offers for 50000sek but since I left sweden I couldnt come to pick up my car. I am very upset about the price that I got.

Overall concept and service is…
Overall concept and service is excellent, but I did run into some difficulties: Taxi (Stockholm) driver couldn't find KVD Åkersberga Brännbacken altough address was given as it stands in homepage. There are many similar streets in Sweden, and maybe all drivers don't have up to date maps or they are not the brightest pens in a drawer. I'll suggest that you test TaxiSthlm booking with address and set also additional place information or even position into home page.
