I ordered several items in April 2025

I ordered several items in April 2025, some were preorders for albums released in May. The release date came and went and I received no order update. After a few messages I got a reply saying they'd ship first week of June. I received no tracking info or other confirmation of shipping. Sent several new messages via email and their own contact form and never received any replies again.
I opened a dispute via Paypal in mid July. Seller gave Paypal tracking info on their last possible reply date and it turned out to be false when Paypal checked it. I got a full refund from Paypal.
