The communication is terrible

The communication is terrible, the rug I purchased is rubbish and flimsy can't vacuum it. The grip thing doesn't work had it a couple of months it's going in the bin

Rubbish company

Rubbish company, I return a rug on the 26th aug and I'm still waiting for my refund, I tried to get InTouch with them many times , they don't respond,

Thank you for your review. I've checked your account and can confirm the timeline: your return was registered on 26th August, the rug arrived back with us on 1st September, and your refund was processed on 2nd September.

As outlined in our returns policy, refunds can take up to 10 working days to be actioned once the item is received back with us. In this case, your refund was completed well within that timeframe, and confirmation was sent to you by email at the time.

If you haven't seen the funds land yet, this is usually down to your bank or card provider's own processing times rather than anything outstanding on our end - it's worth checking with them directly, as they can sometimes take a few extra days to clear on their side.

Super happy customer

Gorgeous rug

Gorgeous rug, speedy delivery and easy to lay with the underlay I also purchased. Seems very easy to keep clean even with a giant shedding dog!

unhappy with the quality.

I was delighted when my large rug and runner arrived, however, after around just 12 weeks I am not happy. The rugs do not even get walked on with shoes, and are in a room with very little wear. i have noticed, particulalry on the runner that the fabric is looking like brushed cotton and there is some fraying around the edges.The rugs are beginning to look like someone has brushed them with a wire comb, and the fibres are raised. They do not seem to be of the quality described and with little wear I would have expected better.
