Very professional company with that extra personal touch.
Highly recommended company with professional skilled fitters. Full manufacturing at their factory based in the West Midlands means their on hand approach to customer satisfaction is priority - if there’s a problem it can be resolved within hours.
Fully fitted bedroom assembled and fitted in two days with very little disruption, with the extra bonus of VALUE FOR MONEY!!

Very professional service and worked with me to fesign a becroom suite for me. I now have so much storage space and i can organise my clothes etc with much more ease. High standard of workmanship and good quality products used. I would recommend anyone to firstly get them in and they will deliver exactly what you want. Fab-u-lous!!!

Very poor service...after fitting my kitchen the hinges , doors and worktop started coming off after few weeks .... probably due to cheap materials and poor workmanship. When I called they were not Interested, refusing to answer calls, were very rude and shouting on phone.

Do not use them you will regret it , the workers they use do not speak English and are perverts with no skills. The salesman once they have your money ... you will not hear from them!

Writing this review while sat in our beautiful new kitchen :) Due to the state of the existing kitchen when we moved in they ripped it all out for us so we could start again with a blank slate. Rooz designed a total replacement with increased storage space and integrated appliances. The installation by the fitters was first class and although it took slightly longer than expected part of that was due to the bad weather.

With a job this big there were always going to be a few little hiccups, but the workshop manager (Shaz) answered every call - Rooz even answering calls late into the evening as we thought of questions.

Recommendation - make sure your plumber, electrician and gas fitter all see the plans as soon as possible in case any talks need to happen between them and Krypton.

Kitchen from hell, these people are dangerous all they are interested in is to take customers money from them and not giving value for money. I had a terrible experience with these people and I am sharing it so that people stay away from them. They came and measure my kitchen and they got the measurement all wrong so I now have a kitchen design that is so not what I wanted. The customer service is so poor I couldn't wait to get these evil people out of my life. But the down side is every time I look at my kitchen it reminds me of the heartless people who took my money under false pretend. People please stay away. They are evil.

I have done my research, i saw good and bad reviews on this company, but I give them a chance to see is that right what people say or not, I had my kitchen and Sales manger Rooz design it, I am very pleased with the quality and customer service. On time for everything, I am quite surprised that people had issue with them. Definitely recommending to others !

Bad company. Never finished the job. Did not install cooker hood and ducting as per agreement. Never came back to finish the job.

Ordered and paid a deposit on 3rd September 2016... promised me delivery within 4 - 6 weeks as we were moving into new home....after countless phones calls and text messages which others have stated are blatantly ignored... we got a delivery 2 weeks later than originally stated of a few carcases from a very pleasant delivery driver who could clearly see how upset and dissapointed I was they demanded a further payment of £1400! I refused to pay as I had lost faith in the company and said I will make payment once my full kitchen is here as I ordered appliances with them also. The delivery driver said to me if I'm honest with you and this was my delivery I wouldn't pay them either, on close inspection All carcases were chipped! I just needed a kitchen as there was no kitchen in my new home whatsoever and we were moving in the next couple days with 4 kids. Struggle didn't end there... the fitter arrived and I was told job would be complete within 3 days .... what a joke! He took 2 weeks and 6 days!!! Partly not his fault as parts were not delivered or wrong items were sent, felt bullied every time a delivery was made to make Further cash payments. It was horrific at this point we had moved in and were washing dishes in Bath tub! They couldn't care less.

Well it is now June 2017 9 months into my nightmare and my kitchen is falling apart the tap is non functional the worktop joints are bubbling, strips on end panels peeling I ordered glass splashbacks for main kitchen they are no where to be seen!

It's just been a horrific experience one I wish not on my enemy; they just want your money and that's the end. The slick salesman Al is all sweet talk once he has your deposit he pushes you aside like yesterday's newspaper and gets his bully boys to deal with you from his shabby office who are rude and useless!

Save your money and a lot of stress and go elsewhere wish I had! I didn't want to make an exhaustive statement just brief but the above doesn't even touch half the stress these guys put me through.

Professional trade quality, from carcasses to doors to hinges and handles. Arrived within the week and very well packaged, couldn't ask for more.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The manager's a slick salesman and comes across as a very honest and trustworthy person. He is in fact a sumbag pile of trash who ignores all of your calls and messages once the so called 3 day job has started. So you are left to deal with his staff who all lie through their teeth and simply don't care that you are left with no kitchen.

After delivering only the cabinets they told us they'll bring the rest of the parts when they start the job. 2 days later the fitters turn up to start the work. Day 1, Wednesday. They ripped out all our old drawers and where ready to rip out the sink until WE stopped them, told them to make sure that's the last thing you do so we access to water in the meantime. They go on to fit the cabinets and said we'll be back tomorrow. Day 2. The fitters turn up, but couldn't do anything because the rest of the parts hadn't been delivered yet. They call their manager up and ask what's going on to which he replied with "We haven't got the materials in stock to send out". I work nights and didn't find this out until the next morning on Friday. I called them up early morning and was told "We're really sorry but we won't have your materials until Monday." This is even after I called and spoke to these scum both days before they started the work on my kitchen and not once did they mention not having all the parts to complete it. A professional company would've called us themselves to tell us we haven't got everything in stock so we can't start the work on your kitchen yet.

Now Monday comes and no sign of any workers, I call them up and I'm told they're coming tomorrow. Now this goes on for the rest of the week, just one lie after another coming out of their faces. They kept sending their workers out to other jobs and didn't care that they left is with no kitchen. They didn't seem bothered at all as they were still making money off other customers.

The only time they actually seemed bothered about us was on the Friday about 5pm (10 days after leaving us with no kitchen) I called and told them I just reported you to Trading Standards. An hour later they deliver about 80% more of the parts and told us we're coming tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they fit the 80% and once again we we're told they have ran out of materials and because it's bank holiday Monday we can't get the parts until Tuesday.

How I didn't slap them still baffles me.

They actually turned up on the Tuesday at 2pm. I thought I was dreaming as I work nights and wake up late. But they sent the biggest cowboy in the excuse of a company who took 4 hours just to fit the sink and said he'll be back tomorrow to finish the work off.

I lied about it before to scare them into finishing the job and now that they have I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

What can I say..... Well what a fantastic company, Andy came round to do a design for our new kitchen it looked absolutely fantastic and he was really helpful with his advise. The kitchen units came really quickly, there was only one problem and that was a shortage of a couple of door fronts, this was soon rectified by Andy, Then the kitchen fitted went and installed the kitchen for us stupidly cutting the worktops short my vision was now clouded on my kitchen after a phone call to Andy explaining this problem he made arrangements for new worktops at a reduced price which we was very grateful off. I would really recommend Midland Kitchens as they are very helpful and extremely understanding, a fantastic company.

So like many of the poor reviews On here I also had a nightmare from the delivery at night in the rain, one driver .
(myself 5ft nothing pensioner) and a disabled son, took till after 11pm to offload . On checking the items the next morning I found the 2 tall units were chipped and where the unit was screwed together the screw missed the spot and cracked the visible part of the unit. The unit for the oven had been chipped and filled with white paint! The trim on the edges were an absolute joke as others have stated on the reviews on here. Sent photos as requested by the company. Didn't hear anything back . Been in contact several times phone and text. kitchen was ordered in Jan this yr 2017. The smaller units were fine and the design was completed quickly and A deposit was given so the speed of the initial part getting the deal was satisfactory. Overall kitchen looks nice now but shame about the 2 tall units spoiling the look of the new kitchen. Since I have had no reply in a month It needed to be reported . I have a good mind to take the matter to trading standards . Overall not a great bargain and a lot of hassle I could without.

I have never reviewed a company before but I felt this needed saying.
After quotes from other places, including a well known DIY superstore, I was recommended to Midland Kitchens (Krypton). The service was friendly and efficient, my new white gloss kitchen is all I hoped for and the price was far better.

We were quoted for a white high gloss kitchen by andy. He drew us up many designs to suit our needs and provided us with the exact kitchen we asked for. He was very efficient and reliable in reassuring us if the many different options we had. our kitchen came within 1 week of ordering, the units are of very good quality and we are very happy with them .
We did fit the kitchen ourself although fitting was offered to us we didn't require there help. We had a phone call shortly after instillation to check we were happy with everything. We also received furthergood customer service when we had a few lquestions on how to open one part of the kitchens draw, we phoned the number given and was sorted out streight away. Overall we have a beautiful kitchen and we would reccomend to anyone

I have bought two kitchens. One for a rental property the other for my own home. They have strong carcasses, nice doors, quality hinges and handles. I received my orders within 3 weeks. Delivered by helpful and polite delivery men. Very pleased.

I am extremely happy with the outcome of my kitchen from midland kitchens after numerous quotes that was out of my budget midland kitchens was the best and most affordable value for money an advisor came round to plan and measure for us and delighted with the end result would highly recommend

I have purchased many kitchens from Midland kitchens and will continue to do so .
I've found them to be efficient and professional and more importantly value for money when those boxes are ticked you're on to a winner .
There products are exactly the same if not better as the larger organisations but lower overheads which is why they have passed great savings on to me and would recommend them to anyone else who is looking for the same great standards.

I'm sorry to have to leave a bad review but have no choice!! Whilst the kitchen itself is a reasonably good product - mine has been a nightmare from start to STILL unfinished!! We were left without a sink or any water in the kitchen for a whole week - the fitters turned up around 11 - 11.30am most days so half days wasted constantly which took a 3 day estimated fit to a week & even then the snagging list of various problems still hasnt been addressed - the manager/owner/salesman ignores calls or messages all the time so we've given up & will get our various faults/problems sorted out by someone else properly!!
The cupboard & drawers don't line up properly.
Worktop edging strip could have been applied better by a child - the joins are ugly & very visible & the fitter even created a bubble on edge of the breakfast bar worktop - shoddy workmanship!!! Door handles are definitely not the ones I chose either - cheaper uglier version! So basically all I can add is retrospectively I wish I'd gone with a different, more reputable company, paid more & had the job done quicker, cleanly & more professionally without all the school boy errors & it wouldn't have been such an awful stressful frustrating experience!! Avoid at all costs & save yourself a whole lot of stress & disappointment!!!
