They did not allow me to transfer my…
They did not allow me to transfer my money to my cryptowallet It was a big verification process to go throug and then they just told me that I am not allowed to transfer my money to my wallet.

Disappointing. Pathetic.
Bought 260€ of USDT with 5,18€ fees. High Fee but fees are no problem for me. So ok so far. Wanted to transfer USDT to another wallet. Sending money was disabled for my account. Already pissed at that point. Wrote support. The answer the next day was that transferring cryptos to another wallet is permanently deactivated for my account because the compliance team of Kriptomat classified me as a "potentially vulnerable client". Haha like I am made out of glass or what is this nonsense? More pissed at that point. Sold USDT and transferred the money back to my bank account. From 260€ to 240€ in a short time and nothing really happened. Very pissed at that point. So thanks for absolutely nothing and for stealing 8% of my money! Never again I will use Kriptomat. Also I will tell my trading friends to keep away from Kriptomat. So congratulations for that.

because you display false prices
because you display false prices. EX. the displayed value of the coin is 65000. when I want to buy, the selling price is 67000. where is the difference of 3000? where does this money go? please also charge me a commission for the transaction. Collect money twice. It is not legal to display the value of a coin, it should be the value with which I buy it, don't give me a price to make it seem like it is lower and when I buy it you come to me with a higher price. Value equals PRICE.

Takes frees for everything!
Takes frees for everything! I just wanted to withraw my bitcoin from NiceHash to my creditcard. But first you have to transfer from NiceHash to Kriptomat, BAM! pay fee. Then you have to sell it to euro, BAM! pay fee. Then you have to make a purchase of some crypto for a minimum of 50 euro to registrer you card, and yes you guessed it, BAM! pay fee. And then you have to sell those crypto to get your 50 euro back, BAM! pay fee. And when you finally have everything in euro and want to have them payed out to your credit card, BAM! pay fee…. This is such a dirty way to mill their customers for as much money they can. As for me who just wanted to cash out some mining money and paid 30 euro to withraw 370 euro, is just stupid..
