Thank you for your message. After eight years of successful work, our company has announced and initiated the orderly wind-down of regulated activities. We have clearly stated that all funds are safe and available for withdrawal.
In this process, we are transparent and keep our customers updated, and we have successfully migrated and off-boarded thousands of customers. All the communication is gathered at https://kriptomat.io/wind-down/, and the page is translated into more than 20 languages.
We have been working to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. As part of that effort, we have partnered with Kraken — one of the world's most trusted and established crypto platforms — to give our customers a seamless path forward. Kraken is MiCAR-regulated, has been a Kriptomat partner since our founding, and offers access to a broader range of assets and investment options. We recommend transitioning to Kraken as your first option.
Customers can also withdraw their funds directly to their wallets and bank accounts. You should carefully read the instructions on the wind-down page again.

Claiming this is a wrongdoing or forcing customers to migrate is completely incorrect. We are winding down to avoid getting in a situation fo non -compliance and we are offering the customers complete freedom to get their funds from our platform.

If you were our customer, we thank you for the trust, and we are sorry we can no longer be part of your investment journey.

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry your experience with our service did not meet your expectations. Our actions are always legal, follow internal procedures and communicate with our customers.
From your comment, we can assume you owned assets that were delisted from our platform. Delisting is aligned with our terms of service and the listing policy. Delistings happen to protect our customers from large damage or risks. It can be for low or no liquidity or legal/regulatory risks. e constantly monitor and assess the assets we offer to our customers, and occasionally delistings are a standard procedure.

Stating that it is almost impossible to withdraw the funds is a bold statement. Our customers have been able to move funds in and out since 2018, and we follow strict procedures on that.

Credit card payments and information are never stored with us. We never claimed we store the data, as we are not licensed to do that. Kriptomat works with several reliable credit card processors to process the transactions.

We do not execute trades without user confirmation, and we always recommend reviewing the previewed rate before proceeding.

Regarding currency exchanges between specific coins: not all trading pairs are available on our platform, particularly if a direct conversion is not feasible or lacks sufficient liquidity. In such cases, we recommend using available supported pairs or converting via an intermediary asset (like BTC or USDC).

Regarding the Referral Program, we recently detected severe misuse and had to temporarily pause the distribution of rewards while an internal investigation was completed. Our referral system is designed to reward genuine invitations, and in rare cases, if activity does not fully align with the program’s purpose, the original reward may not be granted. When this happens, alternative rewards may be offered instead. This is clearly outlined as a possibility in our Terms of Service.

As for fees, thanks for your feedback! We’ve never aimed to be the cheapest exchange — our focus is on being the most secure, transparent, and easy-to-use platform. All fees are shown upfront before every transaction, so there are no surprises. We believe this balance offers the best value for our users 🙌

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry our service did not meet your expectations. We support withdrawals for the majority of the cryptocurrencies offered, and while there are some that the wallet is not supported, customers are notified of that fact and the risk before completing the transaction.
Although we do not have all the information to be able to comment on the specific transaction, the transaction commissions are transparently displayed upfront, before confirming the transactions and are in no way as high as described above.
