Very clear and transparent with their policies and standards. Website very easy to navigate and lots of product variety. Instilled confidence in their customer support by making their contact information readily available and visible. Very prompt shipping and delivery as well as communication about my purchase. I had no issue what so ever and am already considering buying from Krack again.
