Great products, great costumer service
The boots were amazing and very beautiful!! I loved them, but the second time I worry them the heel broke… I was very sad about that and reached out to the brand to see if there was something I could do. After a few days they answered me and were simply the best! They made sure I knew what to do and also helped me since the tracking company was having some issues… Safe to say they are very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Have bought other shoes from them and they are just perfect! Thank you so much!!

Inexistent customer service for Returns
I ordered a pair of shoes on August 11st 2024 and received it within a week. So far so good.
Then I tried the shoes on and they did not fit. Unfortunately, the sizing of the brand was different from its usual sizing.
I followed the procedure online to return the shoes but it did not work as expected. It said that a pop up would appear where I could print the carrier return label. No pop up, no UPS (or whatever carrier it was) return label.
I emailed customer service to let them know on August 19th. No reply. I emailed them again on August 22nd. No reply. Here I am with a pair of shoes that I cannot wear, waiting for customer service to send me the return label they are supposed to provide.
They are probably waiting for the return period to end so I am forced to keep the shoes forever.

Would order again! BUT 5/6 Days Shipping time to Germany
I ordered Birkenstocks and I’m very happy with the result. They look just like the pictures and the fit is good as always (normally I take one size smaller).
The package was announced for Friday (5/6 days after I ordered) BUT on the website it said It would be there faster. The package came on Saturday due to unfortunate circumstance via DHL but I suppose it was their fault.
OVERALL it was a good experience and I would order here again but have in mind that shipping might take almost a week

Worst customer service in europe
After a shipping issue there was no contact response for days. No email response and the designated telephone was an answering machine. Finally i got a guy on the telephone with the answer" no compred no englais" shouting "email, email". After a hickhack with paypal i tryed to resent the purchase. Guess what it wasnt covered. I had to remail my order back to get refunding on my own cost. 40 euros. Do not trust this company at all.
