This type of fraud has been perpetrated by KPMG and David Costley-Wood across multiple companies and clients. It is concerning that they are still permitted to offer services to the public and the government, especially considering the sensitive and regulated nature of their activities and services.

I approached the Mannheim office for help with my tax returns while working in Germany. The senior tax consultant agreed to help and asked for several documents. I was prompt and organised in sending all required. After a few phone calls she just stopped answering my call or replying to my emails. No courtesy or professional in my mind with behaviour like that.
