Bad customer service. No refund because I didn‘t know I can ask for it. No other option. Lost my money. Top security service all the time.

Great Show. Great. Well organized. Live. Safety was provided. Enjoyed it. Next one? Not there yet due to small but fast resolved problems with the security. Top, Professional. Refund policy?

Regarding the Bruce Springsteen event held at the Hochenheimring on 21st July - we had issues with storing our bags at the venue, which we were told we were not allowed to take in to the venue. The storage lockers stopped working for everyone, as they would not accept any payments, card or cash. A general scene of chaos and frustration around these storage lockers, around when the concert was about to start. As a result, my sister lost her bag and all of its contents, and never got it back. The whole thing was very stressful and frustrating for us and many others.

The situation at Hockenheim station was atrocious, we had to wait about 4 hours for a train until about 3am, and did not get back to the hotel until after 4am. There were not enough trains, and it was very uncomfortable having to stand waiting for so many hours. Especially for those with disabilities. The whole situation at the station was very poorly organised and at times dangerous, due to potential crushes happening as a result of serious overcrowding. It sounds like a similar shambles has occurred before, so it would seem that lessons have not been learned.

Livenation.de is the promoter for ticketmaster.de 's tickets sale.

According to them one have to spend hours on transport and queueing on picking up printed concert tickets instead of an electronic ticket.

Went to Harry styles in Hamburg. Had early entre Golden circle tickets, we came at 11 am. Online it said to collect the actual tickets at the collection counter. When we arrived at the venue NO one knew were the counter or the line was, when we found the line we couldn’t get our tickets and no one knew were to do pick them up. Finally they gave us the tickets and we arrived in the line.
Hardly anyone we met spoke enough English to help us even though “security” was everywhere.

Disappointing for them to arrange such a big show and for it to be so unorganized.

These guys have some sort of automated system that does not allow regular users to get to tickets and they are linked with Ticketmaster.de. There is no way that a regular user can order tickets from them for less than 15 seconds before being kicked out somehow. Their system regularly fails. They must have bots running the ticket reservation. I have had issues with them every single time. To cap it all I was not able to get my refund for a cancelled concert for over 2 years and finally I had to settle getting tickets for another concert. The worst scammers in the music biz industry. They should be banned and blocked and tickets returned regular purchase process. It is easier to buy tickets from a bookie than getting them from this scamming lot's website. Which most likely is the case. Somebody should investigate them for duping us to even try to buy tickets from them.

I had a problem with my online tickets, on Facebook, Instagram and tweeter they don't reply, this is very frustrating when you need help.
