I have followed Kove for about a year and finally decided to take the leap when I was ready a week ago.
They have been incredible - professional, friendly, attentive, very knowledgeable and top notch expertise in their field.
So far I worked directly with Oliver and Marron and have only good things to say.
Oliver helped me to understand their offering, was patient in answering my every question and scenario, supported me to get on onboarded with the team and is really just a really nice person.
Marron is an absolute super star, a pro at his job and ever so patient and supportive, answering all my questions, providing insights and guidance, handholding through the whirlwind. He is an amazing person to guide you through the web of property sourcing.
Things moved very fast for me, in 1 week I had everything setup and already found 2 properties, with my offer accepted. It's surreal and things move very quickly so be ready to make decisions and get the ball rolling - have your homework done, know your limits, know the level of risk you're comfortable with, and some basic knowledge to make the most of their talents. These guys don't waste any time so do not waste theirs.
Kove does not fool around. I am so happy I chose them to help me with investing in properties, I would not have been here even in 6 months from now by myself.
Shout out to Marron for being a 10 🌟 employee and all around a great person. Worth every penny!

I am now going into the mortgage and conveyancing process, then refurb and lettings - I hope things will work out well (many things can go wrong) and will definitely use them again as I go on.

I will come with updates as things progress, but I am sure Kove will support me even if things don't go as planned.
