I recently received my 2nd purchase from Koss Design and LOVE my newest Tila bracelet! This one has beautiful red & gold beads - perfect for the holiday season. The bracelets are not only well-made but I can get them to fit my small wrist. The colors are so rich. I also received periodic updates about shipping & the estimated delivery date.

What you see is what you get only much nicer when it's in your hands. I ordered the large size but I wish they had XL as even the large is a little too tight for me and that makes it uncomfortable for me to wear multiple bracelets as they were intended to be worn.
Ordering is simple and it doesn't take long for them to be delivered while the quality is excellent.

I received 2 bracelets as a birthday present and really liked the design and colours. There was a problem with one of them, which was courteously sorted out and replaced. Now loving wearing the bracelets and with such a range of gorgeous colours I'm thinking about buying some more!

I ordered two sets and both fit and looked as described - will definitely be making additional colors a part of our collection.

I love the bracelets, they’ve been admired by a couple of friends (do you have a ‘recommend a friend’ option on your website?). They go really well with my collection of bracelets, which I wear all the time. I hope that the elasticated thread that they’re on, is robust enough to withstand daily wear. Time will tell. The only thing that prevented me from giving a five star review is that the delivery was slow. I think it took two or three weeks. If this had been made clear on ordering, it wouldn’t have been a problem but I was left wondering if I’d been scammed whilst awaiting my delivery, I love the bracelets though!

I order the 2 violet/mauve bracelets which are very pretty. The service was good and delivery relatively quick. They describe these as delicate which I guess is a nice way of saying small. They were thinner than I’d expected and were portrayed in pictures. So overall I’m a little disappointed but might consider ordering again in future if there’s a good discount offered.

Came much sooner than I expected. I bought smallest size and still fit bigger than shown on models. My biggest curiosity was if the bracelets would pull my arm hair and yep they did. Hoping to be wearing them daily, but now only on special days when I really want the look. Beautiful unique bracelets, just not for me.

I had been eyeing these bracelets for a long time, but was hesitant. I finally took a chance and ordered a set. They arrived on time and I love them. Beautiful!!!

I was so happy with my first order, I ordered twice more. Each arrived within days. Colors coordinate easily. I wore a single blue with gold, turquoise and red accents with jeans and a burgundy top. Got an immediate compliment. I gave the gifts to a friend. She was thrilled, small fit perfectly. The single gold elevates the eclipse (dark blue), and many others to a stunning elegance. Customer service is quick, polite and professional. I’m extremely pleased with this company.

These bracelets are completely unique and very beautiful. I received a set as a gift and immediately went online and bought two more sets! The history of the glass beads and the simple design that amplifies their beautiful colors, render them treasures that you will delight in wearing. They are like the potato chips - you can't have just one!!!!!

Good communication and the product is beautiful. Important that the bracelets come in two sizes. I have the larger size and it is very comfortable. The bracelets are very light weight and look beautiful. I do think customers would benefit if you had an even larger size to fit comfortably on some wrists.

Koss bracelets are beautiful and so colorful as well as comfortable. I saw a friend wearing them and asked her about them. Since then, I have bought 3 more bracelets for me and one for a friend. They will make a great gift. What is really nice is the beads are flat. There are so many colors to choose from. Ordering is easy and a special little package gets delivered quickly! I've gotten so many complements in the short time I've been wearing them.

I measured as directed and ordered to fit my measurement, however the small was larger than my measurement printing saying they would be too small. I originally ordered the large and they send one small. The small fit perfectly and the large crossed over each other on my wrists so I returned the large bracelets and reordered in the small. Perfect fit. For the price the bracelets are not as thick and substantial as I expected. All that said, I do really love the colors and the bracelets and would recommend. I ordered 17!!
