I bought a 14k white gold piercing 2 month ago and I‘m wearing it ever since! Shipping and delivery was fast! Packaging so nicely done and the piercing itself is so beautiful and sparkly! Will definitely order more👍🏻

I have purchased from both their 14k gold and ‘regular’ collection. Both extremely pretty. The regular item (a necklace) looks good but does not seem to be of extremely good quality- however, as I only paid about £15 I do not expect it to last decades. It is a very pretty, lovely accessory.
However, the 14k gold range was a pleasant surprise- it is real gold and is very well made. I got a stud earring with lab diamond and love it. Definitely a real deal, I have compared it to my diamond ring. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

KS24759 Jewelry has fallen out of earring and havent had them long. Customer service was very slow, id emailed, messaged on chat from website and instagram. I even posted a comment on their post and they deleted it.

An earring arrived broken (1 of a set of 3). Have only offered a 50% refund as only one earring is damaged. On saying this was unacceptable as wanted the full set, they no longer reply to emails!

Still awaiting a refund for the product I received which is essentially a defected broken earring. No communication from the company. Stay away !!! Don’t waste your money !!!!

This is a horrible company , a 100% scammer! You pay with no item and someone will signed for you that you receive the order.

I've purchased from them four times now, all 14K solid-gold jewelry. I am very sensitive to any metal other than gold and titanium, so I know what I got from them is the real deal. Absolutely love their designs and quality, and found paying for express shipping worth it.

The worst seller ever – zero communication. The earring was extremely poor quality. I do NOT recommend buying from them.
I returned the product in perfect condition, but now the only update I’ve received is:
“Shipment held by customs awaiting information from the recipient.”
No help, no response. Avoid this seller.

I purchased quite a few earrings the other day. The hoops were broken I emailed straight away and had no response. Type of company that want to take your money and not support you. Wouldn't shop here again and wouldn't recommend.

Update January 2026: I would like to update my review again. It would appear the company have upped their game and improved their customer service. I would like to mention they sent me my original order that I placed free of charge as well as a full refund. I am happy with how they resolved my problem

Update dec 2025: the company have contacted me twice asking me to update or remove this review. I finally received a refund almost two months after my original purchase with a simple screenshot of a refund. I thank the company for finally giving it to me but I still stand by how it should not have taken so long and me being ignored by them in multiple platforms. It's like the tables of have turned now they are trying to chase me. Although it appears they may possible have improved their service now, I will not purchase from this company again.

Very bad. So not buy from here. Ordered on June 9th . Was due for delivery June 20th. Still not turned up. Was told I need to wait 30 days for a refund for my parcel to be deemed as lost. Been over 30 days and they said they would refund me 5 days ago on 2 days time. No refund and no response to any emails.

Cheap goods from China, a total rip-off, and absolutely terrible service. Save your money and don't shop here! NO STAR AT ALL.

I'm so disappointed in the stone quality. I can tell it's not a real and just a lookalike made with glass. the moss agate i got isnt even slightly green to begin with. other than that i think the quality is ok....

Do not purchase!! Scam website that don't reply to return requests. They essentially sent me prop doll earrings. That were tiny and completely unfunctional as the ball bearing ends were not removable

The jewelry is very low quality and they won't help you with the return.

Super fast delivery, comes in a lovely gift box and bag. Great customer service.

It took some time for the international package to arrive but they processed it super fast. Also, I do get the best quality for the bucks. They always have some kind of promotion going on. If not on their website, then their social media's got a code somewhere. That's how I got my 14k solid gold studs at a discount at least 😂

Lost a stone in a earring, didnt get a new, they only have 3 month (!) garanty.

I have purchased from this company twice now and I just discovered it a month ago. I have worn my earring stack everyday for the past month and it has not tarnished at all! No irritation or itching ever either! The earrings are very secure for the most part, but I had a pair fall out and I worked with a very helpful and nice employee who bared with me for a couple days and is now sending me a pair of earrings for free! This is my favorite jewelry brand by far and I get compliments on my stack everyday and I recommend their brand to all of my friends and anyone who asks. :)

Asked for them to cancel my order before it was shipped, no reply on their emails, WhatsApp or live chat for days, they reply back to me AFTER it’s been shipped out and it’s too late to cancel… I asked if I can return it and they recommended to give it to friends/ family! I need a refund not give it away! Very bad company, don’t buy

Edit again: they have given me a $20 gift card as an apology. Now this is what good customer service is! ❤️
