I just wanted to share some very positive feedback about my order. I purchased a lab-grown diamond earring in 14-karat gold, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it!

I’m allergic to any material other than gold, so I always have to be very careful with what I buy — and I had been looking for exactly this kind of earring for such a long time. I wanted something really small for my third lobe piercing (which I only have on one side), and the fact that you allow customers to buy a single earring is just amazing! As a French customer, I had never heard of your brand before, and to be honest, at first I was a bit worried that your website might not be genuine.

I’m so glad I decided to place the order — the piece is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you for your professionalism and the quality of your jewelry! 🤍🤍

I bought three earrings from kosiner. Two seem good and excellent for the price (although I've only had the earrings for a couple weeks so can't say if they'll tarnish or are proper 14k gold as sold). The third earring, the colour was completely different to the advert. It was a bit of a struggle to get a refund, as I had to go through several "no but here's another offer"s to get there, but in the end I got a full refund.

Overall, the price seems good (pending longevity) and they refunded me for the poor quality product. So would recommend

I purchased a pair of earrings which unfortunately arrived with a part missing. I emailed the company and although they did take a couple of days to respond they apologised, then quickly rectified the problem and sent out the missing part.
Pretty sparkly earrings that came with a very nice gift box and gift bag which would be handy if buying as a present for someone.

Jewelry is cheap. I doubt it is actually 925 silver.
Service is horrible as well. I wanted to return the pieces because the quality feels low. They adviced me to give tje jewellery to a friend because returning would be to expensive. As 'compensation' they would give me 20% of my next order. Which is funny, because there was already a coupon in my delivery for 20% of at my next order for loyal costumers.

Excellent customer service, quality of jewellery was amazing and they responded very quickly to my queries.

Couldn’t get the earring on because it had a big flat circle that wouldn’t go through my ear. The company states on their website that it’s 30 day return but when I email about it they said wouldn’t accept it. Told me to gift it to someone because if I return it I will pay expensive postage and customs charges then they broke off the contract.

Brought what I thought was a pair of butterfly earrings but was only 1. I have contacted customer services and they have instantly dealt with issue. Very prompt and im very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend

This company is a scam!! They are not based in Hong Kong and send the wrong cheap products. Customer Service does not exist. This is a fake company and product. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Nice jewelery and great service!

I do not recommend! Especially the hoop earrings, they are not staying closed and the part that goes through your ear is so thin that is bending easily.
It’s not worth the price at all!

So far not impressed. The earing arrived in a lovely packaging however it's so so tiny I cannot even handle it plus nowhere that it says it made of white gold. I emailed a few days ago but heard nothing so far..

I love the products, collected a few 14k earrings now, as well as a handy tool which makes insertion and fixing the front of the earring very easy process.
