My face is constantly greasy. Not feeling this is really helping me. Now battling an order, auto sent, I did not approve and being offered a minimal sum so I don’t have to return to post office and pay for postage. These companies are difficult horrible to deal with requesting $$ back, Best is to not order, it’s all hype. If you do, contact your bank to get full refund. Never again.

What I didn’t like is that it took a month to arrive. I received email after email saying that it was on the way. I received tracking numbers, but when I entered them, it said there was no information available.
What I like is that it finally arrived and I’ve used it for three nights. The first day after I did feel like there was a bit of a difference in my skin. And the same with the next day. But now the status quo is holding, so I’ll wait a few weeks hoping for the outcome described in your emails.

Worst customer service on earth. Its AI generated responses have me so irritated. I have been waiting 1 month for my order and after spending over $200 and still nothing to show for it! I have written a dozen emails asking for a refund and all I get is “we understand your frustration…”

Misleading Subscription Practices and Poor Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with Koriderm. The subscription option appeared to be automatically selected at checkout without clear disclosure, and the company refused to accommodate a refund for an unused product. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I will be reporting my concerns to the BBB and FTC. I strongly caution others to review their subscription and refund policies before purchasing.

I ordered this product to give it a try. I inadvertently was signed up for a monthly subscription. On the koriderm website, it clearly says there is a 90 day money back guarantee if not satisfied, however, after a couple emails, they did cancel the subscription but refused to honor the money back satisfaction guarantee. You can definitely buy it, but if you attempt to return it for a refund, you won't get it.....buyer beware!

I tried to cancel this and they just kept charging me. Its like an act of congress to cancel. As far as the product it did NOTHING for me . Left a film on my face I could feel all day . I wanted to wash my face all day! Good luck if you purchase this item. I had to change my card and talk to my bank so they couldn't charge me again! This went on for 2 months!

Ladies, I can't express how wonderful this product is. After a week my skin looks and feels better. I can only imagine how it will look after my initial purchase is finished. A word of caution though, please make sure you are ordering from this website and that your cap on your product is not smooth. If your cap is smooth, you have bought a fake, as I did, and you will not see the same results as I have. This product is great and I highly recomend it.

Soft and smooth
