Easy to order, good price, arrived well packaged and in good time.

Cozy, but not to it's detriment, this shop contains practically everything you could require for cooking from a beginner to pro level.

Pricy, but you get a first-hand look and feel for equipment you'd ordinarily have to go quite far to look at.

The lady on front was helpful, friendly and was willing to help in selection, even offering to remove knives from the case for inspection.

I can't say this much for other members of staff present, immediately talking to me like some amateur who wandered in from the streets, proceeding to insist I choose certain items due to "their ease for beginners" insisting she was a chef (and therfore knew best?)... I tried to stay out the way from there really.

Curious, I asked how long she'd been at the store, to which she seeemed offended at the inquiry.

A slightly funny encounter, but overall, a brilliant shop.

Chris was very helpful and patient as I worked through many options. He gave advice and offered several options at different price points. It was real personal service, that you can only get from an independent retailer these days. Everything arrived well packaged and quicker than I expected. I'm only sorry the shop is so far away from where I live.

Everyone was super helpful with my international order, my payment issues and then held my order until I could arrive to pick it up. Couldn’t have been better.

I ordered an item online. It was available to collect the next day. When I arrived at the shop the item was waiting for me on the counter. The assistant was very helpful and showed me other items in the range. I had an excellent shopping experience. Thank you.

I bought a coffee pot from Kooks a few weeks ago. Inexplicably the glass cracked but Kooks replaced it without question and, inevitably, I'd lost the receipt!
Fantastic service and greatly appreciated - it might be easier to order from Amazon but do think twice and make sure that great local businesses like them continue to thrive.

I have used SKK pans for years but it has become increasingly difficult to find them stocked anywhere. I recently bought a new SKK saute pan from Kooks and was very pleased with both the service and my purchase . Thank you Kooks

Purchased this as a gift; one day of being barely in use (I mean no agressive chopping or anything, it was not even moved around the kitchen) and the corner has already chopped off unfortunately.
Update: Kooks Unlimited reached out and suggested a mutually satisfactory solution.
