How nice evry one is and how quick people r to respond and helpful

Purchased aim boost kit, thumb-sticks work brilliantly allowing for increased sensitivity for recoil control in competitive gaming and therefore will continue using this brand, personally. Received faulty lights however, but the customer service responded quickly and dispatched replacements immediately. Helpful and good customer service overall.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Let’s just start off by saying I owned a pair of the galaxy set for about 3 years and it was great for the price point until the glue gave out, but still I was satisfied with that. Fast forward to now, I was gifted 2 special edition call of duty pairs that were $30+tax and shipping. I have probably used them for 25 hours all in total and they are falling apart all over my controller, my desk, my floor, just tiny pieces of rubber rubbing off.

With that being said I contacted “customer support” weeks ago. I still have not heard anything back from them. My fiance contacted customer support 2 days ago, still haven’t heard anything. Kontrol freeks as a whole is a joke.

So all in all, I would say to just stay away from these cheapos. Their product is washed up, nowadays, selling cheaper quality items for a jacked up price. Smh. Enough said.

My son wanted some control sticks for his Xbox and they had to be from Kontrolfreek to be sure they were genuine apparently. I was nervous making the order given all the bad reviews however went ahead. I placed my order 8pm (UK time) on Friday and it arrived on the following Wednesday! I've ordered things in the UK that have taken longer to arrive! It was packaged well and I had emails informing me of order confirmation and delivery date as expected. Glad I went ahead with my purchase now. My son hasn't used the control sticks yet so I can't comment on whether they were worth the money yet.

Felt I should write a review of my positive experience as I was put off of ordering by the bad reviews. My son asked for thumbsticks for his birthday in the call of duty speed cola design. As I had never heard of Kontrolfreek before I looked up reviews and was reluctant to order due to the poor reviews. As I couldn’t get the design my son wanted on Amazon I reluctantly went ahead and ordered from the Kontrolfreek website. I was kept up to date on my order dispatch and my order arrived by UPS within a couple of days in time for his birthday. Well packaged and order as expected. Am happy with the experience I received from this company.

My precision ring broke the first time I tried to install it. Talked to GameStop, they said to contact KontrolFreek. Contacted KontrolFreek, they said to talk with GameStop. Neither side would do anything.

I followed all there policies on canceling an order and they said they were unable to cancel the order. They then said i could return the order at no extra cost. I got the items and went to return the item they turned around and said I have to pay for shipping now. I said I'm not paying for shipping and I even sent them proof that I was told i could return them at no extra cost and they then stopped replying to me after I sent them proof of what I was told by them. Edited- I did keep trying contact them to fix this issue and the refused to even contact me back or I try to reply to the email and I would never get a reply. I ended up having to dispute the charge on my card and the dispute went in my favor because they did not follow their own policies.

I was looking for tips and tricks for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, got a hit that lead to kontrolfreek. First thing that happen was a popup, which I thought was the cookie consent banner and clicked automatically. Saw just as I clicked that it said "shop" on the button, but it was too late. It sent me to a webshop. Tried to open the tips and tricks link again and now it just sends me directly to shop without being able to read what I clicked on. I do not trust any site using scummy tactics like this.

I ordered precision rings and thumbsticks on October 28th, 2024. I went via the "Shop" app for payment, which may also be a problem. I see the package arrived in Bangkok from Singapore and just sat there for weeks. No attempts to contact me have been made, whether it be for customs duty or confirmation. I have messaged KontrolFreek and heard nothing. UPS don't respond either. It feels like after you have our money, you are not interested in ensuring delivery and it's somebody else's problem. I see others with the same complaint, so maybe change your practices/delivery partners.

Would rate 0 if I could. Let’s go back to the very beginning. I purchased the special edition Destiny 2 final shape thumbsticks and they got shipped to the uk. UPS collected my order and decided to attempt a delivery no where near my address. Then got delivered to a UPS access point which I will NOT go and pick up because who the f*** pays £5 delivery to go fetch their own parcel. Emailed 5 different UPS email accounts telling them to go and get my parcel and deliver it to me. Granted I am a stubborn git but I have no way of getting to said access point as I am busy with work and other personal things. Emailed KontrolFreeks and got no reply. UPS have already had a scathing review from me. So I’d like my money back including my delivery fee and you can take your item back. I’ll go on eBay and buy the product I’m looking for. Cheers 👍

Avoid Kontrol Freek. Absolutely shameful customer service. I had a confirmation email from UPS stating it had been delivered to me but I hadn’t received anything and the proof of delivery was someone that quite clearly isn’t me with the surroundings that I do not recognise. I have a ring camera and no UPS driver came to my address. I emailed Kontrol Freek customer service to make them aware I had not received my order & they responded with the following -
“After confirming the details with the courier, they have verified that the delivery was successful.

At this point, we’re unable to assist any further. We have fulfilled our responsibility by transferring the item to the courier. However, once it is beyond our control, our ability to assist with a potential loss is limited.

We recommend taking the next steps from your side. That might involve contacting the courier, your financial provider, or even the police to report the missing parcel.”

Is this some sort of joke? I can’t raise anything with UPS as I am not the customer, they are for handing the item over to them, therefore the responsibility is still with them until I have the item. I can’t request a refund from UPS! They’ve basically waived any responsibility and couldn’t care less if I have the item or not. Absolute scummy business practices. There’s no surprise their reviews are so low. Seriously avoid them at all costs!

After 3 months I still haven't received my order. I was offered the option of a full refund 2 months ago and still no refund.
Now they are even refusing to acknowledge or respond to my emails.
This company operates like one of scam operations you hear so much about.
DEFINITELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible Website and Worse Customer Service

I ordered some Thumbstick grips from their site. I clearly selected Xbox and it added it to the cart as PS5 and i didnt not realize the websites glitch until after it was ordered. I tried to contact the company but their hours are short and did not hear back until the next day and they said sorry cant help here is the link to return it when it comes. I checked the site and i clearly would select xbox and every time it would add ps5 to the cart for the item. They do not care about their customers nor do they care about making things right so now a ten year old boy will not be getting what he asked for on his bday. Do not trust any dealings with this company. I will also have to pay more to ship it back to them than a new one would cost plus i run the chance of them messing it all up again since they cant pull their heads out of their.....

I bought a pair of thumbsticks and... although it took 5 games to get used to them, I'll never use bare bones sticks again.

Reached out to their customer support for advice through chat, and it was fast and helpful

Terrible service and shipping The items never left it was still on Georgia my items still there they would be here by now anyway so I been waiting 4 or 5 day so I order 2 day shipping for nothing so waste of money so fixed your shipping issue it take forever to get here or else I might lawsuit them for coming late so even though 2 day shipping I order it a scam so stay aways from them

Orderd on the 14th of December knowing items might not make it by Christmas. What I didn't know is they wouldn't arrive at all. The items never left Georgia and says there shipping to Australia? Contacted them and they shipped new set, atleast they made it appear that way. It never left shipping lable created after 6 days. It's not the first company I've experienced doing shady things like this, they clearly know how to exploit systems. DO NOT ORDER unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Worst shipping I have ever experienced.
Ordered a chrismas present shipping to Denmark on november 21.
Information said arrival on december 8. - 12.
Now its december 29. - januar 2. 2024.
What a waist of shipping costs.

It a scan i pay 2 day shiping for nothing so it suppose be here by now it didn’t show up and now it going be here next week don’t brother buying this from
This website it a scan shiping fee is a lie they didn’t give me my full refund i might sue this if they dont give me a full refund
