Great product and amazing customer service. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved right away.

I had some issues with the delivery of my item but was able to get sent a replacement! The customer service is amazing.

Overall they have great customer service, I ordered some precision rings and joystick precision sticks and after a week I saw that they hadn't shipped after a whole week, so I contacted them and told me that they were out of stock and over the next 2 days they were updating on whether they had the shipment or not but they did have it and ended shipping it as soon as they could. So other than that everything was great!

Love the product and the price

Alicia was very helpful, I accidentally put the wrong address on a shipment. She was quick to the problem telling me within a day that she updated the address for me. Great costumer service!

I have ordered several items at this point. Fantastic quality and use them all religiously. The reason I had to leave the 5 stars and a comment, was all due to a fantastic Customer Service Manager by the name of Alicia. Alicia helped me out immediately on a situation where I dint receive my item and it was shipped back, she took wonderful care of me and in minutes it was all squared away. Come to find out it was a mishap on my end and she still was extremely helpful, super polite and she even gave me a little discount code. I had to use it immediately to show more support. Great products and even better customer service! 5 Stars.

I ordered the black ops thumbsticks & precision rings collectors edition bundle the item came the next day unfortunately silly me snapped the soft ring straight away while trying to put it on (I’ve not done it before) so was kinda my own fault spoke to support and they kindly said they will send me out a whole pack of set 6 mixed rings for free. This is why KontrolFreeks are the best gaming company out there. The person I spoke to was lovely, I’ve only tried the mediums so far as waiting for the new package but even those was a game changer if your struggling with over aiming get these & if your worried you will be to slow in FPS games up your sensitivity I used them on battlefield 6 and worked perfectly. 10/10 highly recommend

UPS lost the package, Kontrol Freek customer service was extremely helpful with support. Very friendly, very fast even on a holiday with delayed service. Second time ordering from Kontrol Freek, will continue to do business with them.

Really great products and customer support I went from swinging at pitches outside of the zone in mlb the show to only swinging at pitches in the zone. I started hitting the ball a lot better and I went from 500rr to 800

How nice evry one is and how quick people r to respond and helpful

Purchased aim boost kit, thumb-sticks work brilliantly allowing for increased sensitivity for recoil control in competitive gaming and therefore will continue using this brand, personally. Received faulty lights however, but the customer service responded quickly and dispatched replacements immediately. Helpful and good customer service overall.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Let’s just start off by saying I owned a pair of the galaxy set for about 3 years and it was great for the price point until the glue gave out, but still I was satisfied with that. Fast forward to now, I was gifted 2 special edition call of duty pairs that were $30+tax and shipping. I have probably used them for 25 hours all in total and they are falling apart all over my controller, my desk, my floor, just tiny pieces of rubber rubbing off.

With that being said I contacted “customer support” weeks ago. I still have not heard anything back from them. My fiance contacted customer support 2 days ago, still haven’t heard anything. Kontrol freeks as a whole is a joke.

So all in all, I would say to just stay away from these cheapos. Their product is washed up, nowadays, selling cheaper quality items for a jacked up price. Smh. Enough said.
