I only found out about this site by accident when I was browsing Tumblr. I bought some nice quality stickers from a user on there BUT it is incredibly frustrating that I can't search on this website. You have to have any link to a person's page to buy from them. I would like to explore more products without already having to know who I want to support. I get the sentiment I think, but since I can't search for let's say, stickers, prints, or like search any kind of genre or category whatsoever I'm limited to whatever I can stumble upon from people commenting on the Ko-fi posts which is so impractical. I should be able to search "Winnie the Pooh" and get results of people making Winnie the Pooh art or stuff I could print at home, whatever.
I've never had any problems getting my orders, I know this is reliant on the person I'm buying from. The site seems quite secure, it's easy to make payments, it would be easy for me to set something up myself if I wanted to. I just don't understand why I can't search for what I want to search.

More woke insanity. Payment platforms who do not support freedom of expression playing a very nefarious part in financially ruining people who talk about politically sensitive subject matter. End the totalitarian control and the persecution of people speaking truth to power.

Caving in to mob outrage against a particular group of people and banning a content creator because he said something about them they don't like? Weak and cowardly.

They remove creators who report on things that are true and justify it with the vague classification of 'hateful speech'. Not a safe donation platform that can be depended on.

Thanks so much for the prompt, friendly replies. Something else I like about Ko-fi is the sense of community. Somehow or other, we manage to find our tribes. I don't see this quite so much on other platforms where art seems to be a popularity contest, among other negative influences.

I had a payment issue so I contacted them. They were very quick to respond and actually fixed it for me, not just a promise.

The availability was amazing and always punctual; within the range of maximum time of response. The support ment a lot for me, it really helped unlocking the situation. The Ko-Fi support was also very kind towards me. Optimal experience from all point of views!

I absolutely love Ko-fi, it is my go-to for posting updates for my community and also share new projects I've been working on. Not to mention their top-notch support, when I had an issue they resolved it quickly and were extremely helpful. Thanks Daniel for the quick help.

Dispite the first reply coming to me at 3am my issue was resolved fairly quickly when I was awake and was VERY quickly resolved. My ticket was handled By Finn. And this all happened within a day and a half span of me creating and the resolving the ticket.

I ran into issues (my own fault) by donating without being signed in. The team was awesome about responding and fixing everything for me. Very satisfied.

Support request was quickly resolved and worked flawlessly.

Getting things set up on Ko-Fi has been a great experience. When we messed up, they were quick to respond and get us set straight. We really like working with them.

Ko-fi makes connecting with your favorite creators a bit easier, especially with their discord integration. Their support team is helpful too-quick and easy response to any issues you might have followed with a quick fix.
