Really nicely designed website with excellent filters available to aid customers searches. Really quick delivery.
Some of the size guides are annoyingly lacking in key measurement information. Particularly when you have to pay postage to return items that don’t fit!

The parcel came after far more than 3-7…
The parcel came after far more than 3-7 days (about 4 weeks) but I am aware it happened because was because it was shipped to EU, so it was beyond the company's control. Everything on their side was excellent.

It was a brilliant service
It was a brilliant service. It arrived super quick after I ordered it. When it came there was a mistake with one item. I emailed the KTO team they answered the same day apologising and with instructions of what to do next. I mail the wrong item, KTO paid me back for the 1st class delivery and the following day I had the item I had originally ordered. Ellen was amazing!!
