I have only purchased from them once so my experience is based on that. Straightforward order, quick delivery. No complaints.
The staff bring this lovely store down.
This is a lovely concept with lovely products, have been popping in since they first opened, but every single time I remember that – oh yeah, the staff are such a bummer. They seem bored, or put out, I wind up feeling like such an inconvenience just being in there. Once I actually went to buy a specific item but walked out after being ignored as the guy just moaned on the phone to a personal contact. Most recently the same guy pushed past me like I wasn't standing right there in his store. I really wish they'd up their people skills as it's the kind of store I want to give my money to.

We have spent a lot of money with this company, but unfortunately will not be spending anymore with them.
On the 10-06-2022 we ordered face products from them.
After taking the money, Amie then emailed me to say the face masks were out of stock, would you like a refund or wait till there back in stock approximately 3weeks.
It’s now over 1month later and after we emailed them on several occasions to find out what is going on, they have not replied to any of our emails.
Their contact phone number is a dead line to!
It’s shocking how this company operates!
We certainly will not be using this company again.

Allergic reaction to Truthpaste Original! Please, whoever at Know The Origin is reading, do at least consider no longer stocking this product. I don't know which of the ingredients in this toothpaste is the culprit, but within 5 seconds of using this product my gums, tongue and lips were dried out, numb, and feeling as if they were swelling. It felt like I had eaten the most intense packet of salt & vinegar crisps! I couldn't brush for the recommended 2 mins; I just had to stop. The area around my mouth became quite itchy, too. It's such a shame because this product seemed so promising but ended up being so abrasive.

Defective item offered refund/replacement
I bought a pair of trousers less than a month ago and the seams completely came apart in the middle with less than 5 times of me using it, that's unacceptable quality coming from an ethical brand.
Update: I received a response from Hannah after waiting almost a week, since it's so close to Christmas that's understandable, specially since it's a small team, she was quick to address my issues and made it clear that this is not a common thing to happen. I was worried initially due to the wait that they wouldn't respond as that had happened in the past, so I'm glad that Hannah made sure to explain the situation to me.
I still decided, however, to go for a different brand from them instead of simply getting a replacement as I'm worried about this particular brand for the trousers, but I'll still be shopping with KTO in the future as they offer some really great items and were very quick to deliver my order.

Poor communication led to double spend
Order was shipped later than expected, without confirmation of shipping or any form of tracking provided. Ended up ordering the same thing from another store to cover my bases ahead of Xmas as delivery was late and final shipping deadlines were looming.
Heard back pretty quickly and was given a small gesture to apologise. Frustrating to have to unpick the panicked replacement buy but hold myself equally accountable for holding off panicking until Xmas shipping deadlines.
Totally happy with the cost, got a faster than anticipated response and the goods came well packaged. Just need a little work on communication (/automated updates) - item being shipped late in a busy/difficult period is totally understandable, just need to make sure customers are informed/reassured.
Non-existent customer care
Okay, no issues with KTO up to the last order, half of which arrived, half didn't (and the most expensive item as well). Trouble is, when you try to contact them they just don't reply. I've got no idea if the item has been lost in the post or just not sent out. This has really put me off using this company again! Please sort out your customer care KTO!
Terrible customer service.
I'm sure they're a great company if they deliver what your ordered and you don't have any issues. Know the origin delivered me an incorrect item. 8 days of emailing later and contacting them via social media and I have still not had a single response. All I want to do is return the item to them for a refund.
I am out of pocket and have an item I cannot use.
bamboo bras
Excellent products (bamboo bras) - these are the most comfortable and I've tried a few different brand bamboo bras, the delivery was really speedy too.

I have high praise for KTO, having ordered a couple of separate items recently. The delivery was prompt and the quality of the products was excellent. I needed to exchange one item for a larger size and the online customer help from Charlotte was quick and personalised. My all-round experience is very positive. Highly recommended!
