Scam! I ordered 130 worth of knobs 6 to be exact (so basically full price, should have gone with manufacturer.) The knobs didn’t match the gold light fixture and I sent them back just the way they came. I didn’t take them out of package and they will not refund me because the knobs were damaged during transit.

I probably wouldn’t give them any stars. This company is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with here’s what happened. My friend who owns a cabinet shop was helping me find hardware for my husbands casket because my son was building one for his dads funeral. It was Friday I needed the product as soon as possible for the funeral - this company offered 2 day delivery not including weekends for additional $49.00 so of course we purchased it, paying the extra shipping cost that would put the product in our hands on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I called to see when it was arriving and was told it hadn’t processed and would ship the next day Wednesday I said that wasn’t acceptable. The gal put me on hold and came back and said they were getting ready to get it out that afternoon and could be delivered Wednesday. I told her that wasn’t acceptable I paid for 2 day shipping and wanted a refund. She preceded to tell it’s 2 days after processing WHAT!!! That’s NOT how it works. They still shipped it and charged my card. No refund of any kind. I returned it as soon as I received it, not even opening it. Then paying for additional shipping of $32.00 for the return of the product. Absolutely NO customer service skills of any kind. Poor service I would never order from here and don’t recommend them. Find a company with honest folks and good customer service skills. This is a major failure company!!!

Buyer beware! Cost me over $70 to return items I purchased that were still in the original packing. After contacting the BBB, they offered to pay half the restocking fee to which I agreed. Then they completely ignored me. Next step was the NYS Attorney General. There are many GOOD companies to buy knobs & handles from. Try Build.com. They were professional and had great customer service.

Warning - This company also operates under the name Knobs.com. They sell shoddy goods - cheap metal knobs painted with tacky gold paint that they sell as "Polished Brass" and won't provide prepaid return shipping labels, and refuse to accept returns via USPS, only UPS and FedEx. They are rip-off artists. Avoid.

Do not order through this website! Similar experience to Julie L. Waited. Order slow to process. Waited. Finally canceled as customer service couldn't tell when it would ship. Ordered through another company. Order came promptly. Then Knobs4less order showed up. Called and promised a free label return. Waited again. Called again. Said I couldn't get a free label cause canceled after ordered shipped. That was untrue as I canceled almost a week earlier. Called supervisor line. She never called back. Then received an email that my order was completed! Total sham company!

Really happy with my order and the customer service. Crazy cheap prices, and fast shipping. I ordered 20 and liked that each knob was packaged individually. They were true to colors on the website, and easy to assemble on the cabinets. I wouldn't have been able to afford to customize my cabinets if I hadn't found this neat little site. I honestly wasn't really sure about it at first, as I couldn't find much about the site online and was wary of how cheap the prices were (you know, if it seems to good to be true...), but glad I took the chance. I would definitely buy from these guys again! :)
