Everywhere I look on the internet, some new Brands pop-up with the exact same insoles, but another brandname and logo. Saw the insoles also on Temu, exact the same!

They don't follow their own posted…
They don't follow their own posted timeline. Customer service talks about following their process as the insole sit at the shippers processing. I told them to cancel the order they refused. Told me I couldn't request a return until they are delivered. Waste of time so I will have to dispute with my credit card. I have disputed because I still don't have the product and they continue to tell me that I do.
