I ordered insoles six months ago and have still not received the product. I’ve emailed at least 10 times. I only got one response:

“I would like to inform you of an unexpected delay affecting the shipment of your recent order number 6832. Due to high demand, we sold out much faster than expected.

Additionally, sourcing and manufacturing the carbon fiber components takes a bit of extra time. That said, I’ve checked our system, and your order has not yet been fulfilled and dispatched. The new estimated delivery date is that it should arrive within 2 weeks.

SCAM avoid - paid £45 and never received any goods. Radio silence when trying to follow up

Scam - you pay and they don’t turn up. Don’t buy.

Absolute scam. Ordered in Oct no order ever received, no response to multiple emails. Horrible scammers.

Horrible. I purchased in September 2025, recieved emails after inquiring where my order is. And it’s the same email - shipping in 2 weeks. Still NOTHING. Complete scam and everyone should bring this to the BBB (Better Business Bureau)

Big scam! I ordered in September and nothing. They replied my instagram messages and they refused to refund me.
How can we get our money back?

Ordered via instagram on 12th October. No reply to emails or messages. Have deleted my comments on their page several times. No product shipped to me.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are happy to take your money, never reply, never send products and then when you give negative feedback on their facebook page they all of a sudden reply promising to send products and send a 50% refund....all lies!

Absolute scam, lost £45 for insoles have still never came after 6 weeks, AVOID

I ordered 2 pairs of insoles on September 12 and they have not arrived. I requested a refund 4 weeks ago and they said they were on their way. Still waiting. Huge scam! Stay away!

I orderd insole and they never arrived and now their store seems to have disappeared so obviously now out $100. Tried contacting several times no response this place is a scam

I place an order in August. Still recieved anything. No insoles, no refund. Stay away from these scammers!

Ordered insoles for new season. After 4 weeks they had not arrived so emailed to cancel order as had to buy replacements elsewhere. A week later got an email to say they were being despatched next few days, replied referring to cancellation with no reply. Chased again to be told they were on the way, advised don’t need them and asked for return details. No reply and chased multiple times. Eventually they arrived and after several emails was told I could return with a full refund. No return details given so chased again and eventually offered 70% refund and that I could keep them even though not needed despite agreeing full refund before. Weary of lack of progress I agreed on the basis of a refund within 48 hours. After 3 chasing emails and 3 weeks on I have had no further contact or a refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with and feel ripped off.

Bought via TikTokShop, no response via email, never received.

Ordered over a month ago and have not received the items or a update. After reading multiple reviews we actually started to request a cancellation of the order after a couple weeks and they’ve basically tried to tell us to wait to receive it and then send it back. As still no update regarding the posting we continued to request the cancellation of the order and they tried to tell us that the only offered 70% back based on the return policy. It was mentioned it’s not a return if they haven’t sent the products at all over the period of a month and since nothing.

Very poor company which I would recommend avoiding like the plague. Terrible customer service, no items posted and poor management of the business.

Order processed 2 September now 1 month amd no.product. no response to email about shipping. Track and trace useless with the company they say they use. 147 euro gone. To me is not legitimate company. Do not order

No response, no delivery

Ordered 2 weeks ago order is still “preparing shipment” no response to emails and no communication whatsoever past the initial order receipt.
