I can't find the KneeRelieve company on Google or Facebook anymore. What recourse do we have?
It's unfortunate but I will never buy anything online again unless it is coming from a reputable well known company.
I feel like a real fool. So many of us suffer from knee pain and have been taken advantage of in hopes of finding some relief.
Scum bag comes to mind.

I still have some pain
I still have some pain, mobility is better. The sleeves seem to help. My only complaint is they slide down, I am constantly pulling them back up.
Don’t order this product
Wish I had read other reports . One size fits all product is useless. Just falls down the leg. Complete waste of money. I have a much cheaper product that is far superior

Updated review
Updated Review - I had been trying to contact the Company re the return of items. This issue has now been resolved and whilst I can’t review the product, as it was unsuitable for my son, I can review the prompt action since my last review, Cherry from customers services has swiftly resolved the issue, sent me a returns label, issued a refund and on that basis I can confidently give them 5 stars for their prompt attention when they realised there was a problem. Thanks Cherry

Very poor quality item
Purchased the knee brace that was sent from a warehouse ten minutes from my home in Melbourne, Australia. The knee brace arrived and was the wrong size, it kept slipping down my knee, even though I sent them the measurements they asked for. KneeRelieve mentioned if I sent the knee brace back to their head office in America then they would replace the knee brace. I could have posted it back to the Australian warehouse that it was originally sent to me from for just over $1, but had to send it back to the USA which cost me $30 in postage to get a replacement which also slipped down my knee!!

Don’t go mere them
Hi I bought these knee supports back in Jan 2022 I have used them approx 2-3 times a month when hiking, 1 of the braces at the side of the support has broken thru and is now uncomfortable, got in touch with Am relieve but what a waste of time, they said that you only get 90 days to return them but they never mentioned about 90 days garentee, they also had the hard neck to offer me 30% discount of my next pair, why would I buy another pair when they start to break down after a few months.

Ordering these sleeves was the smartest thing I ever did!!!
Both knees are bone on bone. I had cortisone shots in both knees so to help keep them pain free longer I decided to get these sleeves. I can’t say enough about them! I walk 5 to 7 miles a day & they never smell or get wet from perspiration. I really love them as they are so comfortable I could wear them all day but I don’t because at the moment there is no pain. I love love love them!!!

Please avoid like the plague!
I live in the United Kingdom, and I suffer from severe osteoarthritis in my left knee. My wife was lured into paying £57 for one of these ‘sleeves’, thinking it would help the pain. She surprised me with it.
I first inspected it, and it looked little different from the £15 knee ‘brace’ that I bought at Superdrug, except the Superdrug brace was adjustable … the AmRelieve sleeve was not. There were threads hanging from the stitching. I put it on and realized that it was far too large for me. I’m a fairly small, but the was no way this was going to fit properly. However, it still itched like hell and, despite being too large, the edges cut into my skin. I persevered with it for two days. It was uncomfortable and kept slipping down my leg. It provided no pain relief whatsoever. I then tossed it in the bin. I was not going to pay to ship it back to the US, especially after reading reviews detailing this company’s inferior customer service. My wife, despite her lovingly good intentions, had wasted a lot of money.
What perhaps distressed me the most is that the website claims that Jeremy Campbell says he received a doctorate in physical therapy from Northwestern University. If that’s true, I am embarrassed that a fellow Northwestern graduate (I only have a master’s degree) from would be such a huckster, selling an over-priced, over-promised and shoddily made product.
I recommend that you avoid AmRelieve. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I guess I can take comfort that many people posting on Trustpilot have the same opinion as I do.

Company has lots of Operational issues
I am a man who is 6'2" tall and weighs 230 lbs. I wanted to check out the product as I have a knee issue and ordered 2 sleeves. They only give the option of men or woman for sizes, so I ordered men. I received 2 of them and when I opened it and put on i felt it was too big. How can that be, I'm thinking!! So I wore for about 10 days and called and they said they would send me 2 larges. The items don't have tags in them for size and the website has NO explanation about the logic of the sizes. I'm in the computer business, so I politely suggested an easy fix on the website that explains the sizes and also suggested to put a small size tag in the product. They thanked me and asked if I had other suggestions and told them that there needs to be a top and bottom, as the product will stretch out a bit and you are trying to figure out the right way. I actually have a sharpy mark for the what I use as the top. Also there are no cleaning instructions sent with the product. Actually there is nothing sent with the product. I believe that I'm now wearing the right size, but I'm really not sure. I checked my draw and saw I had 2 brand new ones in the plastic that are XL.?? Now I have no idea why that would be. I called today June 29, 2022 AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE IS READING THE COMPANY LINE AS THEY SAID THAT THEIR SYSTEM COULD NOT MAKE A MISTAKE (lololol) AND THEY SENT ME 2 MORE xl'S AND 2 Larges. I SAID WHY WOULD YOU SEND ME MORE XL'S IF THE FIRST ONE WAS TOO BIG? COULD NOT EXPLAIN EXCEPT THAT IS WHAT THE SYSTEM SAYS AND IT HAS TO BE RIGHT. (haha) THEN HE CHANGED HIS STORY WHEN I asked for a new large to replace the 2 XL's (FAIR COMPROMISE, RIGHT?). Then he changed the story and he said it is past warranty. This is a bad operational organization. These fixes are easy to make on their website and they said they would fix many months ago and still nothing. He would not replace my product which I believe they sent me the wrong size, more XL's, so I'm writing this for others to be aware. I told him I would be writing it and again he said, I'm not sending as our system MUST be right. Can you imagine anyone saying that, like they can't ship the wrong size even though the computer says something else. Arrogant attitude. The product itself is ok, but nothing spectacular. Showed it to my buddy, an orthopedist and he said with a smile, if you feel it helps then wear it. (Sorry about the CAPS)

Don't buy from them, these people are ROBBERS
These people are ROBBERS, they are simply out there to take advantage of the elderly and sick people. I just don't know how they are getting away with all this. I used to have complete faith in PayPal, but not after they decided in their favour. Their merchandise is sold on false promises, when it doesn't work, they tell you to return it to the USA, which costs a fortune on P&P. I hope all these people working for this company and owning this company get arrested and jailed for life for deceiving the sick and the elderly. SHAME ON YOU AMRELIEVE.

AMRelieve - Don't use this company!!
I requested a replace because the "one size fits all" did not fit me. They replied that they will ship me out another one. After waiting almost 3 weeks, I questioned where my order was. They said it had been sent, and provided me a tracking number. This was an email to someone named Angie, who live in Florida. Completely wrong person. Customer service at AMRelieve is a joke and they are not able to do their job efficiently, or effectively. I recommend never using this company. Their product sucks, and so does their customer service.

Buy and throw away…
Dr asked me why I dint get a good brace..while wearing this inferior one. Brace came thru fabric tore up my leg..it's numb from nerve damage. If ya got money to throw away buy them. Then throw them away and get real braces. They do nothing but compress. No real brace to stabilize knee. Saw them for 19 bucks paid 90 for a pair from company. Just another way to lose trust in online buying.
Update
The company did replace damaged sock. I still think there inferior to stabilize a knee that's bone on bone but I'm gonna give them a 3 star rating...thankyou for reading.
