Absolutely disgusting company.
I e asked for a refund and now face a constant barrage of obstacles. I purchased the knee product but before doing so I checked that this company had a UK address and it said The Shard London. Nowhere did it mention China or Canada.
I was if the understanding that it was a four to seven day delivery and it was fifteen.
This company then advised me to return it to Canada so that they could inspect the item is returned in delivery condition.
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing because I am a pensioner and to pay for this I cancelled my cleaner fo this month

Have repeatedly asked for a refund, now on my 4th week of waiting. Absolute scam, can't get through on the phone. Stay miles away from this so called company.

The Power Knee sleeve was like a placebo, offers a bit of comfort but doesn't really work

Still scamming people.Ive sent the product back and 3 emails since asking for my refund.What sort of company gives you so many problems????
Same thing,return to Canada, got charged an extra bank transaction fee plus cost of returning.Scam scam scam!!!

i ordered 2 of the knee sleeves and they worked ok but kept slipping down.Imagine my surprise when i found out that you now have a mark 2 model with straps on them.I would order them for sure but i feel like i have been robbed a tad.How about a discount ????

Seems like a strong support, but far too tight for me, very uncomfortable.

I brought two so when ones in the wash I still have one to wear ,I got loads of info tracking my delivery and they turned up after about ten days so no hassle , not really bothered if they did come straight from China ,they fit my knee perfectly and to be honest my knee does feel more comfortable and I feel more confident, so yes thank you.

Werelieve is a cheap chinese product hyped to be something wonderful. Don't pay more than £10 for this if you really must try one. Plain packaging; no product label or information; returns only to Canada; UK address probably fiction; only one size which is ludicrous for most people; slow delivery as it is probably shipped from China. The cheap supports shown on Amazon etc look identical.

Told I would get my order 4/7 days now day 9 not answering any emails or anything I would like a refund NOW PLEASE DONT USE THIS FIRM NOW THINKING ITS A SCAM. HOW ANYONE CAN GIVE IT 5 STARS IS BEYOND ME I STRUGGLED WITH 1

One size fits all, really, an elephant maybe, took ages to arrive from China, kick myself for falling for Facebook advert. Do not buy

Ordered knee sleeve and pain patches.
Knee sleeve arrived 3 was later, looked used and had damage.
Complained, had to send picture of damage and also made them aware that pai patches were never sent.
3wks later replacement knee sleeve arrived but still no pain patches.They do not want to reimburse me for pain patches saying they are being shipped.
Tracking number provides does not work.
Buyer beware, this is a bad company that does not take care of customer.

Like most people I saw the werelieve ad on Facebook. The ad said fits all knee sizes, which it didn't so I asked for a refund in accordance with their promise "fits any knee or your money back-no questions asked". I was persuaded to let them supply me with a custom made product (marked M on the package), which fitted better but did nothing to improve my knee pain. When I asked for a refund for a second time, I was told that I would need to return it to Canada at my expense. I have now reported the matter to my credit card dispute team, in the hope that I will get my money back.

Another SCAM! Advertises 5-7 day shipping, comes from China and never arrives! A total SCAM!

I would not rate them 1 star unless I had to for the review. They have taken advantage & ripped off so many people they are now no longer on the internet or Facebook. They really really suck!!!! I learned a lesson & will no longer order from Facebook or social media ads, so other legit businesses can thank them for that as well!!! Hopefully Werelieve goes out of business in a bad way!!!!😡🤬

This company is now trywerelieve.com. I have always thought of myself as being online shopping savvy and am now kicking myself that I was taken in by the Facebook ad that lead to a legitimate website. So ordered one at a huge '65%' discount. Normally I shop around and price compare, but didn't for this until after I had ordered as I became suspicious. It turned out that the exact same product (knee support) was available on many alternative sites at a fraction of the cost. So the product is not their own design and certainly not manufactured by them. The website has a UK (London) and US (Arizona) address but I suspect was sent direct from the country of manufacture, India. The web address is registered in Arizona. Within 24hrs of ordering I messaged through their website asking to cancel the order. No reply. I then emailed. This did get a response stating they couldn't cancel as the order was being processed. After a stream of emails stating our UK distance ordering regulations gave us 14 days to cancel or return they still wouldn't budge and said I would have to wait until it was delivered and then return it. The item didn't get dispatched for another three days! It did turn up quite quickly after that. I immediately requested a return. The reply gave me an address in India and a promise to refund half the return cost. So I sent it recorded delivery inc insurance. It was delivered in just over a week. Email was then sent and I've eventually got the refund but not half of the return cost. They've now promised an Amazon voucher for just over half my return cost. I'm still waiting.
To sum up. Emails take a day to reply but they do get answered. The whole process has taken over 2 months.
I've reported the company to Facebook so will wait and see.

First order was slow to be delivered, after a week the knee support just kept falling down my leg. Contacted customer support and they did arrange a replacement in a smaller size, the same problem happened again. Contacted customer support, flatly refuse to refund. Insist I have to send both items back from UK to Canada at my expense for them to inspect before they will send a replacement.

Poor quality products, last about a week before the elastic starts becoming to loose. Communication is quite good, but poor customer service.
Honestly I would not bother.

Product was not as advertised, tried to return, terrible Customer service, now in process of complaint to TRADING STANDARDS, would NOT Recommend this company! Avoid this lot like the PLAGUE
