I ordered a perfume from kneepillow Sally from nightmare before christmas it was the coffins shaped bottle £25 what I received was yes a Sally bottle but priced at £7.99 I couldn't get in touch with them to complain so have gone through resolve don't buy from them they are not a credible company at all

Their ushaped pregnancy pillow is brilliant. It’s not too hard and not too soft, I was worried my jaw pain would kick in from rest my head on it but no jaw pain and I have such a good nights sleep. For those commenting on the smell I personally didn’t get any but doesn’t everyone wash their bedding before they use it?! Pretty sure I’m going to continue using it even after baby arrives! 100% recommend and well worth it.

Bought it for my grandson to wear to a wedding, he loves it.

Quick delivery, good product , works as required.
Only negative is a strong chemical smell being given off and it needed airing for a period to reduce the smell

I have tried it and am happy it will be useful when I’m on holiday which is why I bought it!

Pillows were very poor quality and there are no return instructions on their website. Despite numerous attempts to contact them as per their vague return instructions, I have had zero response. Next stop small claims court because they are not complying with trading standard in terms of the mandatory 14 day return period by putting barriers in place to return goods to them.

Easy online selection and order process. Incredibly fast delivery. Exactly what I wanted from an online service.

After reading some reviews, at least I got my item. However the knee pillow that was shown on the advert is completely different to what I received. Mine looks like it cost 50p to make. After lots of emails asking how to return it (as it had to be returned within 14 days), after 7 days I got a standardised email to say items can be returned at my own cost within 14 days, however some items (for hygiene purposes) could not be returned if they’d been opened. They have not replied to my email to say whether this includes a pillow, which had to be taken out of the plastic packaging just to see it. So if I return the pillow and they don’t accept the return, what do I do next!!??? Out of pocket for a pillow, a return and my time. What a shockingly bad experience.

The information about the product was useful and it was delivered quickly. The cushion itself is exactly what I was looking for to help me sleep with back pain. It fits nicely under my knees with just the right amount of support and ‘squishiness’. I also sometimes turn to my side in which case it slips easily between my knees. Perfect for my needs!

Very fast delivery. Comfortable pillow. Only (minor) problem is that the zipper on the cover undoes at the beginning. Will re zip if I undo the entire zip, but seems to refuse to stay closed. Have stitched the two sides together in the hope that it will stay zipped up. Fingers crossed.

I would rate it lower than 1 star if i could. Terrible experience. Paid £50 for a gift and it never arrived. Sent over 5 emails / enquiries over a 1 month period to the team and didn't receive any answers. No other details to contact them on. Shambles of customer service.

Ordered 4 items to gift my son for his birthday. Have sent 3 emails requesting an update on my order, zero replies.
So disappointed. Total SCAM!
Update! After 4 emails they finally replied that they sent the package with DHL. After some inquiries the package had been there for 2 weeks with no updates! After more emails asking why it has not been sent asking for a refund and that it's now their responsibility to check with the delivery company they finally sent the items. Took more than 4 weeks to get the things.
Be persistent if you also have delivery issues!
But I won't order again, ever...
