We found it a nightmare finding anyone who would undertake cushion cover work. After going further and further afield eventually, found The Cushion Guys 25 miles away who made it clear they would undertake the work involved.
Amazing service, really helpful guys. We will be going back if ever we need this service.

Poor products and poor after sales…
Poor products and poor after sales service.
I ordered sofa cushion covers in Feb 2023 from a good selection of available fabrics. These are well made to correct size.
However, the replacement cushions "foam with feather surround" sagged badly after only 3 months use. It proved impossible to "plump" them because there were not sufficient feathers and the foam became uncomfortable to sit on.
When I wrote to report my disappointment, the response from cushionguys was to tell me I was not looking after the cushions correctly ie. not plumping them.
I have now replaced them, at a lower cost with much, much better cushions from another company.
