Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Called three weeks ago asking for a supply and fit price for a couple of bits needing doing. Took my details and they gave me the details of the JLR parts business next door.
Three weeks on, I have bought the parts, they still haven’t been in touch and when I went back in to chase a price they then said the wouldn’t work with the parts they told me to get - very poor service all round.

If I could give this company 5 x ZERO

If I could give this company 5 x ZERO - I would. They had my vehicle 17 days to fix a heating issue. The issue was not resolved and they charged me nearly £1700. I checked with an official Range Rover dealership and they said that the work that they conducted would never have resolved the issue. The staff were rude, arrogant and totally unsupportive. I am raising an official complaint with the Motor Ombudsman and taking out a county court judgement to recover my money. If you want to lose a lot of money to a company that do not know what they are doing - then this is the place to go. The General Manager even admitted that nobody in the garage had experience on my vehicle type. It is a standard Range Rover L322 (nothing special and nothing additional) How can they claim to be a Range Rover specialist if they admit to none of their staff ever having working on the most common Range Rover of all.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I am 80 years old, and have been in the motor industry for over 60 years and this is the worst experience that I have ever had.
