vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Ihnen das Gemälde gefällt!

Vielen Dank auch für Ihren Hinweis zum Auspacken. Wir verwenden stabile Holzverpackungen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Kunstwerk sicher bei Ihnen ankommt. Gleichzeitig verstehen wir, dass das Öffnen etwas mehr Aufwand erfordern kann. Tatsächlich nutzen wir für besonders große, überdimensionale Stücke Holzkisten, um den bestmöglichen Schutz zu gewährleisten. Bei Formaten unter 200 cm verwenden wir in der Regel Kartonverpackungen.

Ihr Feedback ist sehr hilfreich für uns, und wir werden es auf jeden Fall berücksichtigen, um unser Erlebnis weiter zu verbessern.

We’re really glad to hear you love the painting! We appreciate your note about the unboxing as well. We use sturdy wooden packaging to make sure the artwork arrives safely, but we understand it can take a bit more effort to open.

In fact it is because it is an extra large oversized piece to make sure it goes right we use wooden crate, normally if it is under 200cm we only use carton.

Your feedback is super helpful, and we’ll definitely keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience.

Yes, we needed to pack your artwork in a sturdy wooden box because of its large size (around 110"). Without this protection, it could easily be damaged during transit. We’re sorry that it was a bit difficult to open, but we’re glad the video helped.

On the bright side, DHL is able to handle and unload the artwork for you, so there’s no need to worry about arranging a forklift 🙂
