The app is crashing constantly. If you dont chase them and contact them, the app does not open the new policies. On top of that, I had an accident, and it's impossible to open a sinister since the app keep crashing. I contacted the support, and they told me to try to change the date of the accident. I did it, and the app keep crashing. Avoid this insurance, it will just give you frustation

run run run!!!! they are quick at taking your money and using the "Zurich" label to fool you into thinking they are a bonafide company but once you have a damage and actually NEED the insurance .... brace yourself!
do NOT go there and look for another company. I ended up having to buy a new device as they do not seem to come true with where i am "allowed" to bring mine in for repair...

Bought an insurance, waiting for 3 days, nothing, emailed them nothing, on social media deleting comments. Sent a claim on centro europeo del consumidor. You can always give them a nice call on Madrid office 933067300
