Major scam!!!

Major scam!!!! No longer have my iPhone but insurama/tusegurolmovil continues to charge my credit card $20.77 a month tried numerous times to cancel. tried to contact through Facebook, Instagram, even LinkedIn no help from this company I am canceling my credit card to ensure they cannot rip me off any further absolute scam buyer beware!

¡¡¡Gran estafa!!! Ya no tengo mi iPhone, pero insurama/tusegurolmovil sigue cargando mi tarjeta de crédito 20,77 $ al mes, intenté varias veces cancelar. Intenté contactar a través de Facebook, Instagram, incluso LinkedIn, no hay ayuda de esta empresa, estoy cancelando mi tarjeta de crédito para asegurarme de que no puedan estafarme con ninguna otra estafa absoluta, ¡cuidado con el comprador!

I was offered this insurance in K-tuin…

I was offered this insurance in K-tuin shop when I was buying Mac mini. I was asked to install their app and register, so I did but never signed any papers.
At home I made a quick research about their conditions and decided I'm not interested, so (again) I just didn't sign anything and let it go.
And now they tried to charge my card for monthly subscription.
It's pretty weird, isn't it? I guess now I have to cancel it somehow, while I never subscribed to their services actually.

Although we do not have access to your policy due to missing details, what you describe seems to be the purchase of our policy, along with the acquisition of a device at Ktuin.

Our policies are annual, and Ktuin's promotion consists of offering the first month for free, during which customers can cancel the insurance. Please note that there are no one-month insurance policies; all policies are annual. The first month is a commercial gesture that extends the cancellation period from 15 days to 1 month.

Also, keep in mind that the contract can be signed at any time during the policy's validity. Coverage is active from the moment you purchase the device, so in the event of a claim, you will have full coverage.

Policy cancellation, once the first month has passed, is only possible at the end of the current annual period. If you have not requested and received confirmation of cancellation at expiration, please contact our customer service.

We encourage you to reach out again to better understand the advantages of your insurance. We are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised.

Don’t trust everything they say!!!

For coverage of phones it is a very good insurance company!

BUT when they make deals with you on the telephone(even everything is being recorded) they always find some loopholes to not to have to honer there deals! They offered me a 30% discount on the price and then I made the agreement and when I got the email it was different price!! Then I called them and they told me that they could not give me the price what they offered me because this person was not aloud to give it to me!!! Now I’m stuck with them for a year more!!

Regarding being "stuck" for another year, we would like to inform you that the policies are annual and automatically renew unless you communicate your intention to cancel at the end of the term with one month's notice. This is stated in all contracts: "The insurance has a duration of 12 months, tacitly renewing for periods of 12 months unless either party opposes the renewal by notifying the other party in writing two months in advance by the insurer and one month in advance by the insured."

insurama is a scam-class action case against them

insurama is a scam, they are practicing deceptive billing practices. They insured my phone, avoided paying out the insurance once it was stolen, and just to confirm what kind of companie it is, they charged me for another year of insurance a year later. I now opened a case against them with ODR European Commission, but I am planning a class action case against them eventually. Please get in touch if you have a similar experience and would like to join the law suit.

Insurama replied: get in touch- I did get in touch many times, never received a response. The only way to get any response from companies with such unethical practice is through legal action.

scam

scam: they insured my iphone, it was stolen with their app installed, they still rejected my claim and told me lies about not having it on my phone (even though I have proof showing otherwise), months later they renewed my policy for insuring the phone that was stolen (and they know about) and they want me to pay for next 12 months. Never use! It's a scam.

Avoid at all costs

Worked well the first time when my iPhone case broke; second they simply refused to pay and when I inquired they sent me details in case I want to legal action~ just like a pro scammer. Customer service non existent for claims related matters . I highly recommend, you avoid. Surprised they haven’t been shut down yet

My phone stolen and they refuse to…

My phone stolen and they refuse to replace after 3 years of paying insurance, the reason they gave is that I didn´t have a screenshot of my location on google maps the day before I was robbed.
Ridiculous, I´ve been robbed twice.
Don´t use them!
