A gift for my mother

I bought a KLEED dress as a gift for my mother, and we both absolutely loved it. The dress arrived at our home in just two days, beautifully packaged in a way that immediately felt special and premium.

The quality of the product is outstanding. It is made from 100% cotton and you can really feel the craftsmanship in every detail. Knowing that it is produced on manual looms makes it even more meaningful — this is not just another fast fashion brand, but a true slow fashion brand with authenticity, care, and soul.

We were both genuinely impressed by the design, the finish, and the overall experience. Congratulations, KLEED — it is rare to find a brand that combines beauty, quality, and purpose so well.

Clothing on the small side

Kleed makes clothing from beautiful ikat cotton from India but I found it on the small-side of sizing and can see that other customers had a similar experience. I ordered a kimono back in December 2025 and it was too small unfortunately. It has taken all this time to receive a refund - postal disruptions in both Canada and Spain were part of the problem.

I bought a kimono from KLEED for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved it. The design is beautiful, unique, and very elegant, and the quality was honestly even better than I expected. You can really see the attention to detail and craftsmanship.
The whole experience with the brand has been excellent. I was so impressed that I now want to buy one for my mother as well, and their customer care team has been incredibly helpful in guiding me to find the right piece for her.
I genuinely love this brand and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special, stylish, and beautifully made.

I absolutely love Kleed.

I absolutely love Kleed.
From the very first piece I bought, I could feel this is not just another fashion brand - it’s a brand with purpose. The quality is exceptional, and the designs are both elegant and effortless. I’m particularly obsessed with their sets and dresses, especially the ikat pieces - they are truly unique and beautifully crafted.
What makes Kleed even more special is their commitment to sustainability. Knowing that each piece is handmade using traditional techniques and natural materials, and that the brand actively works to reduce waste, support artisans, and even contribute to environmental and wildlife conservation, makes every purchase feel meaningful.

"It’s a hard no

It’s a hard no. I paid for shipping on a dress that cost over 1,300 dkk. The fit was honestly terrible—completely shapeless and looked nothing like it did on the website. To make matters worse, there was no return label included, so I had to pay another 150+ dkk to ship it back to Portugal. It’s been weeks now, and they are completely ignoring my emails

Great Quality!

No refund after four months

I purchased a dress from Kleed Kimonos this summer and returned it within the required deadline, but still haven't received a refund. I returned the dress because the sizing was off and the cut was not flattering. They confirmed that they received the dress I had returned, but only after I inquired about it at the beginning of September and said my refund would take 30 days to process. When I didn't receive the money within the stated deadline I contacted them again and was told they had issues with their bank, but it should be processed shortly. It wasn't. In October I contacted them again and was offered to be sent another product because they still have issues with the bank. I refused and explained I cannot repurchase from the company if I didn't like the product the first time round and especially not if they did not honour their own business policies. On October 21 I received the information that my refund was processed. I was also charged a five-euro refund fee, which is a first for me. However, the money never reached my credit card. I waited two billing cycles just in case and finally decided to escalate the case with my credit card company a couple of weeks ago. Even if I manage to get my money back, which is still not sure, and not taking into account the time I wasted to encourage them to honour what they clearly state on their website, with shipping and handling charges that I had to pay both ways and the refund fee they charge, just the ancillary costs of this order are in the vicinity of 35-40 euros. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company as their return and refund policy does not seem to work.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company.
I contacted customer support before placing my order to ask whether I could still receive the promised free gift (kimono/dress/kaftan) even though the promotion deadline had just passed. They replied promptly and clearly confirmed that I should place the order and send the order number, and that I would receive the free gift.
After placing the order, I received:
a low-quality kimono that does not meet expectations, and
instead of the promised free kimono/dress/kaftan, I received an unsuitable item resembling sleepwear, which was never mentioned or agreed upon.
Since receiving the package, I have sent multiple emails requesting clarification and return instructions. None of these emails have been answered.
It is very disappointing that customer support was responsive only before the purchase, but completely unresponsive after payment was made.
I am now exercising my legal right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, yet communication remains impossible.
Based on my experience:
misleading promotional promises
poor product quality
and lack of after-sales support
I cannot recommend this company.

Lovely clothes - not so lovely experience.

I received my order the very next day by FedEx at a cost to me of £14 . I live in the UK and the company is in Lisbon .
The kaftan I ordered was lovely and everything I hoped but their sizing didn’t tally with me and I had to return it at a cost to me of £18 .
I was asked to wait 30 days for my refund so after 30 days I reminded them and was asked if I would bear with them because they had some issues in the financial department. Alarm bells rang and so I mentioned that their Trustpilot reviews were not good. I am pleased to say my refund has now arrived in my account - better late than never.
However the whole exercise has cost me £43 with nothing to show for it —- £5.75 being a fee for issuing me a refund - I’ve never had that before.

Their sizing was two sizes too small…

Their sizing was two sizes too small due to a factory error, and they will not pay for the return shipping or for the shipping for the new garment. If an item is made poorly or the wrong item is given I think a company should be responsible for the costs not the consumer.
