Great after sales service
The after care service I received was great. I dealt with the same person for a couple of different queries I had and she (Alicia) was always prompt with her replies and sorted everything out quickly. One of my items was missing a belt and this arrived the following day. I was really impressed.

Poor sizing control and returns process designed to frustrate.
When you know customers are dissatisfied with the quality, sizing and returns process and you just keep doing the same thing over and over because hey, you are still making money. Purchased a dress for over $400 (a rare spend), followed the recommendation to size up. The dress fit everywhere but the bust: you would need to have a completely flat chest for this MEDUIM dress to fit. I am a B cup! Also, the loops for the buttons were so small I almost injured a finger trying to do them up over my tiny boobs. Went to exchange and realised that it was over the 15 DAY returns period, and also that it would cost me about $55 AUD to return it, with no guarantee that a larger size would fit. Very disappointing. Think of the customers just a little.

Poor quality- avoid
Had a shirt bought for me as a birthday gift. The quality is really poor- threads hanging out from all over the seams and the material feels like it will fall apart after one wear. IReally disappointing for the high price tag. Won't be buying anything from here and would recommend others not to. Such a shame as the designs are lovely.

I bought a dress which never arrived and the QR code for SHOP didn't work. there was no way to track or trace and the company did not respond to emails or answer their ones. Avoid at all costs and I am still waiting for a refund

The parcel arrived very fast
The parcel arrived very fast. I had to change my dress because it was too big. I followed the process to return it and have a new one, which was very easy, and the new dress arrived on the third day. That's good work!

I really wish I’d paid attention to the…
I really wish I’d paid attention to the reviews. The quality doesn’t come close to justifying the price. I bought two shirts at £110 each, and both the materials and fit are very poor. Had I seen them in a high-street shop or market stall, I wouldn’t have expected to pay more than a quarter of the price.
It’s especially disappointing because the clothes look beautiful on the website. To make matters worse, returning them cost me an additional £20. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Worst craftmanship I have ever seen
Worst craftmanship I have ever seen. Did not get to use the trousers once, because the item probably had been stores in a humid warehouse and disintegrated in both seams and fabric immediately.

Never received a refund for over $500 of merchandise
I purchased a dress and jacket over $500 and returned both they use some 3rd party Co for refunds Revor and they never issued me a refund, I've tried contacting but only get an automated response that says I've been refunded, but I have never received. Its very frustrating there is no phone number to call and only email. I will never purchase from this online retailer again. Big ripoff!!! I've tries contacting both no response.

Love the brand but size of garments would be brilliant
I’ve bought 2 dresses which I absolutely love, fab design and great quality, perfect fit. I love the brand. However, 4 stars because the sizing is difficult and when I emailed to get a clarification on the size of dress that I really like I didn’t get a reply, still waiting - I wanted to get an idea if it was on the looser side. The sizing is not always accurate and can be very small. And having to pay upwards of £13.00 to send it back if fit is not right is not great
- I was reluctant to buy from the website. Giving a garment size is just the best.

Great design, poor quality
Great design.. and that's what you're paying for really. The price does not reflect garment quality or craftsmanship. I expressed this in detail to their customer service, who failed to realistically acknowledge my complaints with the material thread count or rough embroidery (and I even provided a comparison with a similar, less expensive shirt that was evidently better manufactured). I was offered a free return (otherwise 15€ had I not asked!) or a 20% discount code on future purchases - yeah right. I would have accepted a partial refund. I think the cost:production ratio needs a revisit.
Spend your money elsewhere and don't be seduced by aesthetic.

Rubbish! Both clothes and service. Rip off!
Clothes clearly come in from China, the coat I ordered had no label or tag, it arrived in a torn plastic mail bag, the quality is dreadful. I want to return and they are arguing (send pics etc) trying to offer me a small refund and keep the coat rather than an expensive return which I would have to pay for….I should have checked the reviews. Do not touch with a barge pole. I will take the minor refund and put the coat in the charity bag. Lesson learned.
