Had issues with the delivery, it was 2 month late and it was on multiple times suppose to be delivered and the company simply did not show up. In the end the door arrived with minor damage and blemishes.
I have Spoke to Martin, Lina and Namir all been very helpful with the issues we had.
Last few days I have spoken to Namir which have been kind and understanding- he has managed to find a happy medium for myself and the company.
0 stars for delivery, 3 stars for the door but 5 stars for the customer service

Before finalizing my Windows order from Klar home I did call the support for some clarifications. The person who answered my questions and gave me advise did it in a very good way that helped me to order the best alternatives for what I needed.
I’ll order from same company again when I need more Windows.

Had contact with Namir. My Danish didn’t work so he switched directly to English. Tried to steer my need to a cheaper alternative and went that didn’t work he solved in-house in a timely fashion.

The team from Klar helped with the ordering process and were very reactive. Once the order was in place we received regular updates from the tracking system. The windows then arrived exactly on time, nicely packaged on a pallet.

Doors arrived completely broken. We had to wait 8 weeks for a replacement and no offer to get it to us any faster. We had to spent money buying a temporary door to make the building weatherproof. It’s a shame because it’s a nice product.

Had a problem with the door furniture on a door supplied by Klar. Basically a part broke when I overtighten a screw. One of those parts that costs pennies, but was impossible for me to find online. Klar were able to source and send the replacement part free of charge. So, top marks for outstanding customer service.
