DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: I ordered makeup on May 22, 2024. I received an incomplete order on June 1, 2024. On June 1, I sent an email stating that I never received the $50 foundation I purchased and that my primer was 1/3 empty along with photos...I sent another email on June 6 and June 9. It's now June 11, 2024 and I only received one response asking me for photos that I ALREADY sent! Customer service is horrific. There isn't a phone number so you can't speak to anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Oh. One more thing: KW has a no return policy, so if you actually receive what you purchased, you cannot return it if it's the wrong color/shade.

Do not order from this company. I have waited two months for a lipstick, that I paid for a long time ago. Their customer service does not answer my emails. They also delete negative comments on their instagram, from people who had the same experience as me.

I bought products and on 5/3. As of 5/17 no order had shipped. They do not respond to their emails. No number to reach anyone. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. I order products for all over the web and its rate nowadays to order something, not have the product ship or be able to speak to someone if an issue arises. Abysmal customer service.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They withdraw the money, but never send the items. They just kept writing that there were delays in the warehouse. Big fraud, don't waste your money.

Do NOT buy - terrible shopping experience online
Based in the U.K. And was charged a totally unexpected duties charge on delivery (40% of value of order!) - there was absolutely nothing about this on the order checkout, I'd have never bought it had I known. Nobody reads FAQS, this information needs to be stated on the online checkout payments page. To make matters worse the lipliner arrived damaged - lid was off and the product was smooshed all over the box. Clearly hadn't been packaged properly. Customer service totally ignoring me. Premium prices but absolutely hopeless online experience. Save your money; do not buy from them directly. Scam.
