£20 delivery for a £26 mascara

How can you justify this delivery charge? I didn’t see the charge until I checked out. Customer service said I couldn’t return the item. As a long standing customer, I’ve never been charged such a high delivery fee. I will no longer purchase KW products.

DONT BUY IF IN UK

IF YOU BUY IN THE UK direction from their website
you will be CHARGED customs by their shipping company they use UPS.
However, I did email to complain as this has not happened with any other shipping provider from the USA such as DHL and Evri and they have REFUNDED the customs cost - thank you

Nightmarish shopping-experience

I never got the cream blush I bought 22.may 2025. I wrote SEVEN complaints to Kjær Weis via their website contact formular without getting an answer.
When Costumer Service finally answered, they told me a lie about, why I did not receive the blush and promised to send the rouge ASAP (with shipment 20. June 205 at the latest). BUT Kjær Weis did not send the rouge, because today the 16. juli 2025, I have still not received it - and by now I don´t expect to receive it EVER.

22-5-2025 I bought and payed for a SunTouched Cream Blush and a Red Compact for Cream Blush.

The 1-6-2025 I received a package, BUT it only contained the Red Compact (the container for the blush) AND NO BLUSH !!! At the invoice in the package it said on the Item List, that 0 Cream Blush was picked with this note "O/S" (I assume "O/S" meant, that the SunTouched Cream Blush was out of stock).

Obviously I have NO use for the Red Compact without the blush to put in it.

The 22-5- 2025 Kjær Weis send me an orderconfirmation and a mail telling me, that my order was on way to me. And on the 2-6-2025 Kjær Weis send me another mail telling me, that my order had been delivered - BUT at NO TIME did Kjær Weis inform me about the Blush being out of stock. It would have been nice, if costumer service at Kjær Weis had told me and asked me, if I wanted to recieve only the Red Compact or if I prefered to wait, until the blush was in stock again

So Kjær Weis took full payment via PayPal for the complete order, but only send me half of my order without telling me about the missing half AND without telling me, when I would receive the missing half of the order / the Blush.

On top of that, it was a struggle to get my package delivered by FedEx (The 28-5-2025 FedEx tried to deliver the first time, but did not tell me in advance, that they would deliver !! The 29-5-2025 FedEX claimed, that they tried to deliver for the second time but no one was home, BUT I was home all day waiting for delivery!! The 1-6-2025 I waited by my frontdoor to be sure to get my package. So in my complaint number seven, I asked Kjær Weis to tell me, when I would receive my blush and asked them to use another shippingcompany and NOT FedEx.

The 11-6-2025 I FINALLY got an answer from Costumer Service, who told me, that they would give me a partial refund as an apology. And that they would ship the missing rouge to me ASAP (with shipment 20. June 205 at the latest). And they told me, that the reason, that I did not get the rouge was, that "It seems the products were held at the border and weren't able to be shipped out on time". That was a lie because on the note in the package, it said, that 0 cream blush was picked. So the rouge was NOT held at the border, as Kjær Weis Costumer Service claimed, IT WAS NEVER PUT IN THE PACKAGE!!! So they deliberately only send me the case for the rouge but NOT the rouge.

AND Costumer Service then said, that "Unfortunately we cannot change shipping partners from FedEx as we have an agreement with them for shipping overseas". So the costumers overseas just have to live with the lousy service of FedEx.

The 7. juli I had still not gotten the rouge, so once again I wrote to Costuemer Service using the "Contact us" formular on their website. AGAIN I GOT NO ANSWER!!

Since my purchage 22. may 2025 till today, I have been getting 1-2 advertising mails from Kjær Weis EVERY DAY. It is extremely infuriating, that Kjær Weis do not deliver or give any answers to my 3 new complaints, but they have no truble spamming me with an endless stream of advertising mails to get me to buy more - AS IF I EVER WOULD !!!

I am getting angry, when I think of the all the time have waisted writing 10 complaints in total to Kjær Weis-

AND I am getting furius, when I think about the answer from Kjær Weis Costumer service on my complaint number 7 in which they tell me a lie and make me a promise, they do not keep.

With this review, I want to warn other costumers against the nightmarish shopping experience at the Kjær Weis netshop (kjaerweis.com).

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KJÆR WEIS AGAIN.

Just wow

Wow, so I've been trying to get cherish lipgloss forever and a ordered it. And I got a huge oversized box with one sample in it. But no gloss, by the way. I've been buying for them for years and They've always given me everything. Except for the iconic cream blush compact. In the past. So I contacted them and no response. Email them no response just as before. When they forgot to add my cream. Iconic compact case in the past. Nothing. So I decided to order again after contacting my bank to get my money back. I noticed that I'm negative points in which they see that. I've asked for a refund through my bank. And I ordered again unbelievable a big oversized empty box with one sample in it.
Email them still no response but they'll deduct my points. Hilarious. I think they're going under and just stealing and going to be bought out or claim bankruptcy at this point. That's just crazy to treat customers like that.

Scam not cult, received no products I ordered, criminal robbers

Back in January 2025 I ordered £118 worth of make-up. It took over 5 weeks to receive the order, and when it arrived I only received a clotted mascara and an empty blush case. The liquid foundation & the blush where missing. I received no reponse to my email, & no reply to my Instagram messages. Till this day I have no refund, nor products. Give this US crap a wide berth or be out of pocket. Total scammers, and arrogant on top of that.

I have been purchasing the eye balm for…

I have been purchasing the eye balm for several years, and I love it!
I recently purchased this back in march and the eye cream texture is grainy, it feels as if I’m applying a face scrub on my eyes. I contacted customer service via email and one of the representatives by the name of Alex, replied with the comment below. To this day the eye cream still has not changed. It still has that grainy texture, which is quite a disappointment and I will never be buying anything from this company.

I can confirm that the eye balm is the same as it has been since its inception. You can find sometimes that there are these bulbs in there, but there is no reason to be concerned this is just a general effect.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have used Kjaer Weis' products for a few years now and have been generally happy with them. My recent order though will be my last. My order was missing the promised free eye shadow case and the Night Potion bottle was defective in that the pump does not work. The serum itself also appears defective - it looks very thick and separated, rather than smooth. I've written to Customer Service 3 times but have not received any response other than auto-replies saying they are busy and that they will respond in 1-2 business days.

Loved colors but 5 months is too long for refills

The products are really excellent. The service is abominable. They make a pearl cream highlighter and a cream blush (sun touched) that I fell in love with. Supposedly, these two best sellers are not discontinued, but (permanently!) out of stock. I bought the refills first and then ordered a number of cases: lipstick, blush, etc. Absolutely pointless to have these nice (refillable cases) and no product to Putin them. I’ve been trying since January! Dumping the cases and what’s left; I’ve found a much superior organic-clean brand with outstanding customer service.

Will never use them again

I've been a customer for the past 4 years. Used to be able to find their products in Blue Mercury but no more. So in the past year I have ordered from them directly. This last time (March 6 to be precise) I ordered two lipstick refills. They charged me right away without shipping the product. I never received my order. Have sent them numerous emails directly or through the contact form on their website. always get the automated response saying we will respond in 48 hours and nothing. Only advertisements bombarding my email. Do yourself a favor and buy another clean brand. There are plenty of them out there.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS AGAIN, DON'T BUY.
I've used their lovely products since maybe 2012, I've had problems the past maybe 5 years with delayed delivery and our of stock with very poor communication and (no) customer service. It's just getting worse and worse and this time I don't think I'm getting it at all. They've got my money, though.
This time I placed my order on March 28th, have not heard from them since. Want my money back, but they do not respond, radio silence.
SO JUST DON'T BUY, something is very wrong with their webshop and especially their lack of customer service. They do not manage, unfortunately.

Products don't arrive when ordered from…

Products don't arrive when ordered from the brands website. You will receive order, shipping and delivery notifications but nothing actually arrives. I also received no responses back from customer service when reaching out to let them know. I had my bank refund the purchase and will not attempt again, now that I see others have the same issue.

Zero customer service - seems like a scam

The lip liner I ordered was not included (just an empty box). The other things arrived but the beauty balm looks as though it's already been opened and partially used because it's only 2/3 full. I've written to the company every day this week and nobody replies. This is so surprising for a luxury cosmetics company.

I have never left a negative review in my life…

I have never left a negative review in my life but I feel like I have to warn people. I love what the brand stand for, but if you actually want your makeup to arrive then you shouldn’t buy from here. Half of my items arrived, have sent about 6 emails, over £100 of products have not arrived and I had one response which clearly showed my emails were not read.
This was in December I purchased, it is now almost April, no products, no refund, no customer email response. For such high end makeup, this experience was diabolical.

NOBODY COMMUNICATES / THEY OWE ME MONEY!!

I placed an order a few months ago and have yet to receive the product or the refund I am owed. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, but have not received any response. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Unfortunately, as there is no phone number available, email is the only means of communication, but I have not received any replies!

Terrible Service: Delayed Order, Empty Package, and No Communication

I ordered a foundation on January 21, and the website clearly stated I should expect shipment within 3-5 days. Instead, I was waiting 3 weeks with absolutely no updates. I reached out to customer service regarding this delay and have yet to receive a single response. When my shipment finally arrived on February 11, it was a complete disaster—the package was EMPTY, containing only a sample of a completely different product, not the foundation I paid for. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service again, but I have received nothing but radio silence for the last 3 days. Even trying to reach out via social media yielded the same disappointing result. This situation is entirely unacceptable. I am left without my product and without my money, and the lack of communication is infuriating. I will never purchase from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid ordering from their website.

It's a shame , i order night potion i received cream defects ..it seems old and rotten cream..it's a shame they never answer to emails , never , i have to open dispute by paypal .
After founder gone everything has change ..any quality no more , any assistance ! A great brand crash !!"!
