My receipt shows $45.19, but my card was charged $59.98. Can you explain the difference or refund the overcharge?

Thanks so much for your message.

As mentioned in our email, our store is based in the UK and all orders are processed in GBP (£). When paying from the US, your bank will automatically convert the £45.19 GBP amount into USD using their exchange rate at the time of purchase. Banks may also apply a small foreign transaction fee, which can make the final amount appear higher on your statement.

We can confirm that we’ve only charged the GBP amount shown on your receipt, and any difference is due to your bank’s conversion process rather than an additional charge from us. If helpful, your bank should be able to provide a full breakdown of the exchange rate and any fees applied.

We’ve also replied to you directly by email — if anything’s still unclear, feel free to reply there and we’ll happily talk it through with you.

Great company

Great company, highly recommend i have made four separate purchases and found this company to deliver in all aspects. Notification and delivery was fast and my purchase was packaged lovely and very well protected.

I requested a refund by emailing them…

I requested a refund by emailing them to start the process as per their procedures. But I didn’t get a response, even after I followed up. I don’t think they like giving refunds. I ordered the wrong colour of braiding hair, I just wanted to exchange it.
