Great Product - arrived exactly when stated and easy to to track via app. Solid and sturdy design, strong and not flimsy at all, so good quality. Comprehensively packed and wrapped on its pallet to avoid any accidental damage in transit. The colour white is more of an off-white, so it is not the brilliant white your walls might be - but there is no reason otherwise to mark the product or the experience down.

Bought a desk from them which is nice but needed to order another small piece of MFC from them, the exact size as a pedestal top to extend a little. Already got one pedestal so didn't want another. Called to order but basically said I would have to find one somewhere else. Considering they are meant to make their furniture I don't think It would have been too taxing to cut another pedestal top to fulfil my order. Really put me off using them, don't seem interested in looking after customers

Be careful its all nice when ordering. But god forbid if you have to return it, you will return the product and loose nearly 40% of the product cost even without opening it. Never seen such a returns policy and bad customer returns. even after logging issues after two weeks they don't bother to even acknowledge on email or call.

Good quality product and really helpful customer service

Bluespot were overall good to deal with - the order process was simple, they delivered when they said they would. The desks are of good quality.

The only minor issue I had is that the service was supposed to be including assembly but the delivery team just dumped them on our drive along with a pallet we were left to dispose of ourselves.

I would not recommend blue spot or purchase from them again.
We purchased a desk That failed to arrive and contacted blue spot and three further deliveries did. It show up. The desk that arrived was damaged, I’m blue spot were difficult to deal with. do not use. try someone else

There were some issues with my order when it arrived however Bluespot sorted it out very quickly. Their customer services is excellent. The product is solid and easy to put together. I would use again.

Easy to order online and delivered on the exact day booked. The desk was easy to put together and just as good as expected.

Bought 6 desks for my office, very friendly and helpful customer service with great communication - slight delay on delivery but that was the courier not Bluespot, who were very helpful and put me straight in touch with the courier to sort it out, quality of the desks is good, one small niggle is that although it does say free delivery, when you select the express delivery, the price of the items goes up. I don't mind paying a little bit more for a quick delivery and it wasn't extortionate by any stretch, but that is a bit sneaky! Otherwise excellent.

I ordered a desk and it came exactly as ordered at the exact time Bluespot said it would. Assembly was easy, just needed a screwdriver.
