Everything was great! I ordered a teal satin dress for my senior prom and it came on time and was gorgeous. It was also much more affordable compared to other prom dress websites. Kate helped so much with my order and offered great service. The only sidenote is that the sizing was slightly off, but it wasn't too big of a deal!! I would def recommend buying from Kissprom

I’ve had an amazing experience with KissProm! They were extremely communicative and made sure I was a pleased customer. Ellen especially made sure to keep in touch everyday. Informing me what dresses were in stock. She made it known their priority was me and she was able to get me a dress before prom had begun. Even going out of her way to comfort and let me know that I would be getting a dress in time. Around this time, prom was a week or two away. So I was definitely stressing.

Do not order from KissProm! I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom and after 3 weeks of no communication, I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund (several times). Despite my attempts, they still shipped the dress (which was not quite the dress we ordered). We received it after the event and almost 5 weeks after ordering. I then told them I’d like to return the dress and had to fight for them to even send a return label and agree to a refund. After I sent the dress back, it then took 9 WEEKS to receive a refund. They acknowledged receiving the dress back and it took weeks of fighting with them and my credit card company to finally get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on KissProm!

Complete fraud!
Complete fraud!! During prom season, I placed order for dresses for over $500. Liked one of the dresses, but it was too small, so placed another order for $200 to reorder one of the dresses in a bigger size. Ended up finding a different dress and returned all of them within their return policy. It's been months and still have not seen $1 from either returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

I loved the dress. The color looked exactly liked the picture and the fit was perfect. The dress sizing is true to size although it is a little long. The material is silk and feels good on skin but is not very stretchy. Shipping was fast and came just in time!

This dress was made to order so it took about 4 weeks to be delivered, so keep that in mind when you’re ordering a dress. The whole process was seamless. Able to order the dress and even fix my mistake of ordering the wrong size. Also, I loved that they followed up to make sure the dress would come in time for her prom. Amazing customer service and Ellen was great!

Buy from Kiss at own risk…
I ordered a dress with an expected arrival time. The dress did not come for over a month and a half. During that time I attempted to contact customer service for an update on status multiple times with no response. The dress finally arrived too late for my event so I submitted for a return. The dress was returned in April and as of end of June, I have still not received a refund. If you order from here expect delays in receiving your order, no customer service, and pray it fits and is everything you want because if you have to return, you will pay a restocking fee and apparently never get a refund. My encounter with this company has left me with no dress and $218 less in my bank account.
