Complete fraud!
Complete fraud!! During prom season, I placed order for dresses for over $500. Liked one of the dresses, but it was too small, so placed another order for $200 to reorder one of the dresses in a bigger size. Ended up finding a different dress and returned all of them within their return policy. It's been months and still have not seen $1 from either returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!

I loved the dress. The color looked exactly liked the picture and the fit was perfect. The dress sizing is true to size although it is a little long. The material is silk and feels good on skin but is not very stretchy. Shipping was fast and came just in time!

This dress was made to order so it took about 4 weeks to be delivered, so keep that in mind when you’re ordering a dress. The whole process was seamless
The whole process was seamless. Able to order the dress and even fix my mistake of ordering the wrong size. Also, I loved that they followed up to make sure the dress would come in time for her prom. Amazing customer service and Ellen was great!

Buy from Kiss at own risk…
I ordered a dress with an expected arrival time. The dress did not come for over a month and a half. During that time I attempted to contact customer service for an update on status multiple times with no response. The dress finally arrived too late for my event so I submitted for a return. The dress was returned in April and as of end of June, I have still not received a refund. If you order from here expect delays in receiving your order, no customer service, and pray it fits and is everything you want because if you have to return, you will pay a restocking fee and apparently never get a refund. My encounter with this company has left me with no dress and $218 less in my bank account.

I had originally ordered one style dress and then after a bit (before it shipped) I had changed my mind on the style. I had reached out to their customer support team and was met with prompt responses, care, and kindness. My new style dress arrived promptly (earlier than expected!) and I am in LOVE with it! Unreliable shipping information
I placed my order on June 8 for my courthouse wedding dress. After 9 days, I still had not received a shipping confirmation, so I contacted customer service. Their response was difficult to understand and felt like a generic template rather than a reply that addressed my specific concern. I was simply told that the delay was “standard processing.”
My order was also given an estimated delivery window of June 12–15, but that date came and went without the dress arriving. As of June 20, the package is still in transit after shipping from California, leaving me anxious about whether it will arrive in time for my wedding.
I genuinely hope the dress is beautiful when it arrives, but I think future brides should know that, in my experience, the processing time, shipping estimates, and customer service communication did not match the expectations I had when placing my order. If you’re ordering for a wedding or another important event, I would strongly recommend ordering well in advance or choosing a retailer with more reliable fulfillment and clearer communication.

Cheap dresses, won't refund money
We ordered a dress, but sadly the quality was not what was pictured. So we returned the dress and followed all their instructions. The website represented that a refund would be received in 2-3 weeks. No such refund was issued and it has been 6 weeks. I let the company's internal review system know. But have had no contact.
