I booked my trip and after I was diagnosed with cancer forcing me to cancel my trip. i submitted all the Doctors notes to the airline and KissandFly, Airline refunded the money to this agency back in April and they still no refund my money after 90 days, I contacted several times and keep saying they don't have the money. terrible service, unreliable agency. I booked and purchased two flights twice and both times they canceled the purchase saying that the airline had canceled the seats. I have received reports of online fraud during credit card transactions. Be careful, they are really unreliable.

All good with the booking and flight. I have to say I was a little worried that the difference in price of the ticket between Lufthansa and Kissandfly was so much that it wouldn’t work! But all was completely normal. Certainly would use them again if needed.

An okay experience
It was not a great experience. It was an okay experience. Not knowing the flight number from the beginning is confusing because you need that number immediately when trying to rent a car. We had to start over several times to ensure all our information was correct. My husband paid promptly with a credit card, but we did not receive your confirmation for quite a while. Without the confirmation, there was no flight number; therefore we could not proceed with the car rental. After a nerve-wracking wait, we received confirmation, printable tickets, and my car rental voucher. So now everything seems to be okay. Thanks.
