The friendliness and helpfulness of…

The friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I spoke to, and they told me about the allowance that I applied for, because the government don't give the definition of attendance allowance, so I thought it only applied to people who need help with bathing etc. They filled in the 35 page application for me, and we spent almost an hour on the phone answering the questions. It was a lovely experience being listened to and helped because I never would have been able to complete the form in my own. They deserve every compliment and praise for everything they've done for me (and I suspect for many others) I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone on the Kinly Team. I am now not so worried about how I was going to afford my rent, and a few little treats, like a taxi home when I'm not able to walk any further on my own. Thank you so much for everything !

I found Kinly extremelya professi

I found Kinly extremely professional , they made it so easy to talk to them, no pushy sales patter. Once the initial chat had been done I received the claim within a fortnight, brilliant just brilliant will use them again to see if they can help me claim a blue badge. Marvelous

What's not to like

What's not to like? I tried myself but was unsuccessful. I went on the Alzheimer's forum and realized I had played down what life was really like.

Kinly took care of all the forms, and I am so pleased that I was successful. Worth every penny.

Happy pensioner

I have a phobia about filling in forms, and as a result failed to apply for a 2nd year of the benefit, with the help of these kind people at Kinly it was all done with as little stress as possible, not only was my application accepted but my allowance is almost double my previous amount.
only one tiny niggle, and that's getting an email or text asking if I have heard anything yet, sometimes twice a day from different people, can be a little annoying after a couple of weeks, but the end result is far better than I expected.

An amazing service

I have used Kinly for both my Attendance Allowance and Blue Badge applications. The process was smooth and painless. Each application took about an hour on the telephone. The result was nothing short of amazing. The AA was approved within a week, and the BB was approved the same day it had been submitted. This is a crucial service for the elderly as a way to deal with governmental bureaucracy and I can't recommend them enough.

Applied on line and received my call…

Applied on line and received my call the following day. Spent twenty minutes talking to a very pleasant lady, then two days later,the form arrived.Simply signed it and posted it in the pre addressed envelope.
Three weeks later I was told by DWP that my claim was successful. First class service, Quick and painless.

Just great thank you kinly only 3 weeks…

Just great thank you kinly only 3 weeks after applying for my attendance allowance I got my money ! I am so impressed! I know people moan about paying you for it but I say every penny worth it! On my own it’s so hard to put the right words together! Thank you!

Help

I found the people i spoke to very friendly and helpfull,so would definetly recomend them to my friends.i wouldnt have had a clue with the forms myself.so needed the help.

Excellent service so glad I choose…

Excellent service so glad I chose Kinly to help with my AA application. Tessa was brilliant, filled in application on Friday over the phone, DWP received it on Monday and my claim was accepted and paid three weeks later which was back payment from the time they received the application. Brilliant! Thank you so much Kinly.

The end result was perfect

The end result was perfect. I received all of the attendance allowance, due mostly to a lovely lady called Lesley. She asked all the salient questions and in turn gave the appropriate answers. It's a good service but I felt the rest of the team could do with communicating with each other more
