Ordered hair products #3110 on April 30, 2025, and did not receive products, so contacted customer service, and they told me no refunds and would reprocess the order on May 5, 2025, shipping via UPS, and as of May 20, 2025, I still have not received the products, and Kinky-Curly is unresponsive via email. The founder, Shelley Davis, has no contact information, and there is no social media account, just the website: I talked with Whole Foods, and they also said they were having problems getting Kinky-Curly products from the company.
