Just a scam
Made a purchase through kinguin and the 3rd party seller (with already terrible reviews) has scammed me. After a week of backwards and forwards waiting 2 days between each email from kinguin, all they do is make me talk to the scammers themselves. Only reason for 2 stars is that the customer service was nice, and it's not completely their fault, although such companies should not even be associated with this website. Would not recommend

Being right doesn't mean anything on Kinguin!
On June 24, 2026, I encountered an issue with a game I purchased through Kinguin; it stated that I couldn’t activate it in my country. Despite reporting this to the seller and providing documentation as proof, they did not assist me. I’ve been wasting my time on this for two days now. From now on, I’ll think twice before using Kinguin or simply avoid it altogether. (Squirrel with a Gun RoW PC Steam CD Key)

No issues yet, some bad practices.
No issues yet. Pricing is a bit obfuscated with monthly payments offered for discount and they do charge pretty hefty fee on top of that. Support guarantee is behind a paywall too in case of scam / mistake with the key. But process works smoothly.
