this company is the best company hands down my case was against TFL for a first time phv license they would not allow me to have a license due to a conviction 6 years ago. Stephen McCaffrey took them to court and literaly one the case so quick that im still in shock to this day. he and his firm work around the clock and replied to all of my emails and phone calls as soon as they could which was also instantly, he won my case and it was as if my case was a tricky one but still he aced it with his firm. they charge a fixed price so no getting robbed for your money. i cannot thank his team enough. if you ever need help with phv and tfl contact firm i assure you the best of the best will help you out.

Miracles do happen and it happened also with me, after being revoked my Licence by TFL without any notice or any information I got Jobless within few hours, and in that point in my life when I couldnt afford a single moment of being Jobless! After struggling through over two years of protracted GMC investigations, I found myself three months from an MPTS hearing. I can honestly say calling Kingsview Chambers was the wisest decision I have ever made. From my first conversation with Catherine Stock I felt complete confidence in their representation, however it was not until the case was successfully closed that I appreciated just how much work had gone into reaching a positive conclusion. My case was closed early, following a half time submission - a result which six months earlier I had never dared to hope for.
Catherine was responsible for the case preparation and I was represented at the hearing by Stephen McCaffery. I felt informed at all times and found the process far less difficult than I had anticipated. I have had a torrid time with the GMC, something which has overshadowed me for the past 3 years. Had I had decent representation from day one, I doubt the situation would have escalated.

After a full year's worth of struggle and stress, which had arisen due to 3 complaints that came through from passengers, we won our appeal against the Council's decision to revoke my Taxi License. This could not have possibly been achieved without the help of the KVC barrister's hard work, and dedication she gave to our case and all the valid points she raised, which our previous solicitor failed to portray to the Magistrates' court. After being refused our appeal at Magistrates', KVC presented such a strong and fair argument, the Crown Court judge could clearly see that the Council's decision to revoke was harsh and extreme, and the judge stressed that he could not take away a man's livelihood due to small mistake that were made. This was the biggest win of my life, and I must say, the barrister’s kindness and ability to see things with a fair viewpoint was admirable.
