I had very serious problems with the GMC and lost all hope after three refusals for full lisence to practise. My fitness to practise was impaired and I kept receiving refusals that my insight was superficial and have not fully remediated upon my act. I lost all hope and went into severe depression because I thought I would never be able to meet the insight and remediation that was required from me till I was introduced to Catherine Stock from kingsview chambers. She guided me thoroughly on how to write a solid statement that embraced insight and remediation which I presented to the GMC. She painstakingly reviewed all my character references and today I successfully gained full lisence to practise in the UK. Kings View Chambers and Catherine Stock were amazing - having never dealt with solicitors before we were at a complete loss as to how to proceed and finding representation was daunting. I did a lot of research before deciding on Kings View Chambers and I am very glad I chose them. Catherine was professional and very thorough throughout. She was also very caring and reassuring at a very difficult time. We were well prepared and every step was explained in detail. Catherine and Stephen are both very experienced in dealing with tribunals and work extremely hard for their clients.
In all honesty - I do not think we could have chosen anyone better she is the most professional yet caring person I have ever dealt with. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done, the result was more than we had hoped for and allows a wonderful young doctor to continue their career.

Describing Stephen McCaffrey in one sentence would be difficult. He is a very altruistic and sympathetic man. He did nothing but ease me through my journey. His sense of humour never failed to put me at ease in the worst times of my life. He worked with precision, laser focus and accuracy beyond belief. His goal was to find my justice and he did exactly that. His efforts were presented effectively through his writing and his oral arguments. He carried himself in a self assured manner, and was able to use his emotions to display how he felt about the events occurring. His method of presenting was concise and valuable. His ability to provide emotional support was as quick as a blink of an eye. He went through extreme efforts to acknowledge my concerns and to provide solutions as soon as possible.

How was his role effective in my case, you ask? Well, I felt like I was walking through a raging fire, with my eyes closed and only his voice to guide me. In simpler terms, if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have made it out of my hardships. He continually reminded me that I was not facing my issues alone and that my treatment was unfair and it would not last forever. Furthermore, I think I have found a Barrister who I could possibly depend on for life.

I would highly recommend him to anyone who is facing any sort of issue as he is truly the one who has given me my life back and make it a simple process to do so.

So I contacted Mr Mcaffrey after a recommendation from a friend of mine . He was very knowledgable of TFL practices and after speaking to him regarding some background he advised me that I had a good chance of winning on appeal. I followed all the Instructions he gave me and he gathered all the documents and lodged the appeal . I left him to it but he regularly contacted me when there was new movement or he needed to clarify something . Unfortunately Mr Mcaffrey was unable to represent me on the day but informed me the day before and arranged a very experienced barrister to represent me instead . TFL had a very slick barrister representing them but I was very impressed with the representation I received and the strategy used to win my appeal ! We had very fair judges on the day and even if we had lost I would have been grateful to Mr Mcaffrey because I know he and the replacement barrister did the best they could . Anyhow we won and I am very grateful to Mr Mcaffrey and his team for a great result .

KingsView Chambers headed by Stephen McCaffery is a misleading company. They are fraudulent and their sole intention is get the clients’ money and leave them dry with no help! They are deceitful and make false promises.
After paying their fees, I realised that they were never going to help me so ended up going with another barrister to fight my case. For your own sanity and if you want to win your case STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Honeslty,If I could go lower than 1 star I would give -5 stars to Kingview Chambers.This company only reply on empty promises in order to take money out of you.I do not agree to any of these positive review here and I am sure all these feedback here in trustpilot are all fake.He made me believe him that he is genuine and honest with his fake promises and lies.Soon as I made the payment through bank transfer,He stop corresponding with me apart from one text message once in while.I tried to meet him to discuss the case but wasn't willing to meet me saying he is busy with other clients.At the end I realised he has done no work or whatsoever,his only purpose was to take my money and that is it.AS result ,i lost the case in the court because he had no preparation on hearing day.I strongly advice you guys to stay away from this company unless you are willing to put your money in waste.

be awere of this croks. fake reviews. i used the company for licensing reviews. stephne MaCaferry give me wrong advice and hope in order to use him. once i made the intail payment he ignored my calls and with just text messages he was telling he is busy working on my case and he will be fully papered for the hearing.now and again I was receiving text informing of completion of the preparation. he never done anything at all and on the hearing date he send somone else for 40% of the money I paid him and that barister had no idea about my case what so, ever.i lost my case due to lack of prapration. Stephen MaCcfey (kings view) is working from his home in Edinburgh and claim he is london based baristers firm however, both address is are only postal address to mislead the client. he takes job in London and sell your case for 40% of the money you paid him. he will send someone else day before the hearing with no knowlege about your case. becasue he knows you will never see him he will lie as much as makes you happy. in client care letter he state that in some cases he may not be availible but, he will send somone from his team, this is just so, he can cover his back. he also state in his term that face to face meeting cost extra this is only because he do not have office in any of the addresses he use in his letters. to mislead petentail client he use two addresses one is in central london and the second one Edenborough city centre which makes the client belive if the company can offord office in such expensive area they most be company with well reputation and good barrister. only team of two lier caterin and stephone MaCcferry. if you want to hear lie go for it.
