Akina really helped with a query I had. Such a brilliant person with great customer skills.

I still remember how I got in touch with Akina through a Facebook advertisement 2 years ago before I visited the UK from Hong Kong. When I received her call, I was surprised to know that Akina was also from Hong Kong and was living in the UK. I felt very comfortable talking to a UK property consultant in Cantonese. I have multiple rental properties in the U.K., of which two were bought through Akina. Unlike some other agents I have met who typically say goodbye to the clients and are never seen again after the deal is done, Akina treats her clients as her personal friends. She is genuine, and her approach is always to help out as best she can whenever the client encounters problems. Her after-sale service is superb to say the least. In my case, she even went out of her way to help me deal with the management agents of the properties which I did not buy from her and offered a lot of good advice along the way.
