They cancelled on us within 24 hours on 9th November 2024.

Its is now 14th December and they have still not refunded me for them cancelling on us. They do not answer the phone or texts or emails.

They are a scam company and the only positive reviews they have are bots and people they’ve paid to push their reviews up.

Please save yourselves and never use this company.

Very quick and easy

It was straight forward

Book with them over a year ago, was then told bus was out of service but could go through a sister company for a extra £150. We offered this in cash, they then cancelled on us the day before going.
They have know not got back to any one on the party to confirm refunds

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Cancelled a 16 seater minibus the day before it was due, said a ‘sister’ company could be used but would be an extra £150!! They refused to pay and wouldn’t say the name of the other company!! Absolute SCAM! Still waiting on a refund… Please do not use! ALMOST ruined my fiancée’s stag!

This scam of a company owes us £750 and is now completely ignoring us. Avoid at all costs. Scumbags

Absolute joke of a company !!!!!
We booked for a group of us to go away to Torquay and the day before told us they were unable to take us anymore and said that they had a sister company but would not let us pay with cash or tell us the name of the company. Told us we could get a refund and now avoiding all communication.
I would strongly avoid this company. Complete SCAM!!!
Us Welsh boys wouldn’t let this spoil our weekend.

Awful awful company. We ended up cancelling before our trip due to no communication. The lack of communication made us uneasy, they never answer the phone and if we ever had a problem with picking us up we would be left stranded!!! The lady on the phone is very rude and abrupt. I think this is a scam company. Do not use!!!!!

Absolute Scam.

Booked a 16 seater minibus year and half ago for a trip. They first told that there bus was out of service and they would sort out transport with a sister company, but we would have to pay an extra £150 but they could not tell us the name of the company that they were going to send to us and wanted bank transfer. Upon saying we were happy and would pay in cash on arrival they refused this and they have now cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice and a refusal to give us the money for 2 weeks. So we now have to find another minibus willing to drive us as such a short notice.

This took multiple phone calls and messages to sort out as they do not answer the phone I had to ring over 10 times each time waiting for them to answer. They have now just started ignoring the calls after they told us they will give us a refund in two weeks.

Awful customer service please don’t go with this company.
